Villa Sima is a spacious and luxurious located on the outskirts of Makarska. This four bedroom and five bathroom house features a heated pool, a steam sauna and beautiful views of the Adriatic Sea below.

The villa also offers guests a laundry room with washer, dryer and ironing table. A fitness room with two single pullout sofas. A private atrium with BBQ facilities. A large spacious and modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, stove, etc. The living room features a large LCD television, seating area and a double pullout sofa. The dining table is suitable for 10 and overlooks the walkout terrace and pool.

The outdoor terrace features outdoor dining table for 10, four lounge chairs, two large sun canopies and additional table and seating perfect for enjoying a glass of wine while watching the sun set.

All bedrooms feature their own bathroom with tub/shower, large LCD televisions, built-in closets, king size beds and walk-out balcony (except one bedroom which overlooks the mountains and has a large window).

Guests are provided with linens and bath towels. The whole villa has free wifi.
