If you come by car, it is best to park it on Calle la Sequia, Altea. If there is no parking places available up on arrival, there is also a paid parking close to the house, which is at the end of Carrer de la Filarmónica, and called Parking Filarmónica. It is paid parking from:
Monday to Friday: 9:00h - 14:00h, and from 17:00h - 20:00h
Saturday: 9:00h - 14:00h, Sundays and holidays: free
The price is € 0,90 per hour.
For stays equal to or less than 10 days, it will be considered a Tourist Dwelling – A Tourism Contract applies.
For stays of more than 10 days, it will be considered a seasonal rental in accordance with Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, and a seasonal rental contract needs to be signed.

In the contract for stays longer than 10 days an amount for the electricity of € 150 per month will be specified, usage above this amount will be charged at costs.
