Wonderful home 3 mins from beach; 15 mins from Lisboa by train!

The house is set in a small condominium of 4 units, sharing a lovely pool and garden. It's literally a 3 or 4 minute walk to the Caxias beach, train station (Lisboa-Cascais coastal train), enclosed football pitch and skatepark. There are also lovely parks just a 2 minute walk away. Also, the house is next to the village square, with cafés, restaurants, newspaper/tobacconist, florist and village butcher.

The house is modern, sunny and fully equipped for quality living. The main floor opens up to the terrace and garden (where you can access the Weber grill, trampoline, pool etc), and is open space, sharing between sitting room and small office to the side, dining area and kitchen with island and benches. Kitchen is fully fitted with Smeg appliances for preparing great food, including large oven and semi-professional integrated expresso machine (makes excellent morning capuccinos!). There are two dishwashers to help keep everything tidy and clean.

The dining area includes a large table for family gatherings, sitting at benches. Remove the top, and there is a full-sized pool table. Invert the top, and it is a fully sized ping-pong table. There is a large smart TV with cable channels from around the world, and hi fi amp connected to Apple TV for music or viewing. Fast WiFi throughout the house.

On the ground floor there is the master bedroom with en-suite WC. Upstairs, two rooms share a washroom, and another two rooms (including child's room with bunk bed) each have their own private toilet and sink while sharing an opaque shower cabinet in the middle. All rooms and living areas have air conditioning, but the house is super efficient and has electric blinds, so temperatures are usually great all year round.

There are large clothes washer and drying machines in the downstairs washroom. Linens and towels are provided.

There is one parking space in the garage with electric charge (conditions to be agreed). Further parking on the lot is available and there is curb-side parking as well.

This is a family home and is equipped with some books, games, kitchen items etc for comfortable and fun living. It is set in a nice residential area just outside Lisboa and so close to the beach. A 2.5km walk along the ocean boardwalk leads you to Lisbon's biggest indoor and outdoor sport facility with pool, canoeing, running, trails, pitches, and tennis (Jamor).
