I only have great things to say about our stay at this lovely apartment in Barbados. Communication was excellent before we arrived, throughout our stay and when we left. The team were always on hand and couldn’t have been more helpful. The cleaner visited regularly and kept everything lovely, clean and tidy. A great location too, which made our stay even better. Would happily stay again!. Thank you Dave, Mary and Tala team.

Absolutely perfect condo and perfect location, do not read any further and just book the place. Probably the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in and had everything you could think of. Chris and Katina made the stay unforgettable and were available for whatever we needed. The balance of the pools and using the beach club was perfect. Can’t wait to come back!

Really lovely stay here, so clean and perfect for us in terms of size and location. David and Mary were so kind and helpful throughout. Beach club and the onsite facilities also excellent. Will certainly stay again, thank you.

Totally relaxing getaway

We had a comfortable, relaxing and memorable stay at Tala. Tala is beautiful and well-maintained with every amenity that we could possibly need. It will always be a beautiful part of the fond memories that we will forever hold of Barbados. We definitely want to return someday soon!

Sugar Hill Paradise

This unit is perfectly situated within the Sugar Hill tennis resort with proximity to the main pool area and club house. Tastefully decorated and comfortable dinning and seating on the large terrace overlooking the pool. Great place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail!

Beautiful well located unit

Chris and Katina made our stay wonderful. Quiet, Super clean and well appointed condo.. Only advice is to bring your own standard coffee filters as we could not find them at the store. Clean, uncrowded pool. Tasty lunch and dinner menus at The Deck. Great location with an easy drive everywhere. Beach club passes made visit g the beach easy

Ideal Home

We loved Tala and everything about our stay at Sugar Hill. We have stayed at many places in Barbados and this was the apartment we enjoyed the most. It was peaceful, quiet and immaculate. The onsite bar and restaurant at Sugar Hill was a massive bonus and the girls running it were a credit to the resort. Housekeeper Katania and property manager Chris are top class.

Fabulous Apartment - Beautiful Gardens

First class all round. Property Manager and housemaid were helpful, efficient and friendly. The apartment was definitely 5 Star. Would come back.

We stayed at Dave & Mary's place for 16 nights over Christmas & New Year and it really felt like a home from home. Upon check-in, we were delighted to see a Christmas tree setup which was a lovely touch & our toddler loved looking at the decorations. The apartment is very comfortable and fully equipped with everything you'd need for cooking, plus the likes of towels & a cool box for days at the beach. Sugar Hill is a fantastic development. The grounds are nicely maintained. We used the pool most days and often had it to ourselves. We also ate at the restaurant once which was very good. I would highly recommend staying here at Dave & Mary's apartment, and we hope to come back one day! Thank you for an unforgettable holiday :-)

Stunning apartment in beautiful setting

A luxurious apartment, with all we could possibly need, complete with a lovely housekeeper who left us an array of beautiful towel arrangements of animals on our beds each time she came! Quiet and peaceful, only 1 mile from golden West coast beaches with Fairmount Hotel beach club access. Will be returning next year.

Just perfect

how many more positive reviews do you need, just book it you will not be dissapointed A wonderful stay at a perfect property, there is absolutely nothing to fault at all. You will need a car but i think that is quite obvious!

We had a fantastic stay at this property/Dave was extremely helpful with queries before our stay and during-Katina cleaned twice and was extremely thorough and kind This property is a real gem-beautifully decorated in a stunning compound with fabulous staff-we are definitely returning

Amazing in every way!

There is absolutely nothing to be negative about with this property and owners! My wife and I have had a wonderful time in this beautiful home on a wonderful and secure estate. Close to everything on the island and with access to Holetown beaches this property was a delight. Our most impressive stay that we have had anywhere when using VRBO or other platforms. Thank you to the staff at Sugar Hill and to the owners who provided a most lovely holiday!

Fabulous holiday!

We had a fantastic holiday at sugarhill and loved the apartment ‘Tala’. We particularly liked the combination of pool complex/beach facilities. The beach at the FRP was fantastic with great water sports for all ages. We loved the speedboat trips & the inflatable airhead! Great supermarket at Holetown and great shopping at the the lime grove. There’s something for everyone in wonderful Holetown! 😎🌴

Sugar Hill Barbados

Wow! What a lovely condo stay. Beautiful accommodation in a gated community on the upper west coast of Barbados. Palm trees, warm weather, soft breezes and access to the amazing Caribbean Sea was a dream come true. It was all we could have hoped for. The owners, property manager and the amazing staff at Sugar Hill with all its amenities made it a most delightful experience. Thank you.

Tala. A beautiful holiday home.

Excellent communication with the owners before our visit ensured that our stay was just about perfect. The apartment is absolutely lovely and so well equipped. We wanted for nothing. We really appreciate the kindness shown to our children by Katina. She made their towels into animal shapes for them and passed on some presents from the owners. Thank you so much.

The apartment was everything it promised and more. All the fittings were of an extremely high standard and everything very comfortable. We were delayed by one day as our flight was cancelled and then we were late arriving at the property but the agent couldn't have been nicer (although I'm sure he had better things to do on a Sunday evening!). The location is very good - the Sugar Hill estate is all high spec properties and only 5 minutes or less into the Holetown and the beach. The beach club access worked easily and the beach is wonderful! The apartment balcony is a fabulous place for breakfast or just relaxing with a book!

Perfect in every way!

Our family of 4 (2 parents and 2 adult daughters) stayed at this stunning condo between Christmas and New Year’s. It was roomy enough for us all to relax and unwind. The furnishings were comfortable and the decor was lovely. The balcony was one of our favorite features and we spent mornings out there drinking coffee and evenings there listening to the chirping frogs. The sunsets were spectacular from there as well! Sugar Hill was a great resort community - we loved the convenience of the restaurant and bar and the pools were quiet and clean. The Fairmount Beach Club (passes are included in the rental) was enjoyable and we found the 5-minute drive easy and there was always plenty of parking at the club for guests. We rented a car and were glad we did so as we enjoyed visiting Holetown for shopping and dining. The owners and property managers were pleasant and answered questions quickly. We are hoping to return to this condo in the future (we hoped to rebook for next year but our holiday week is not available). You will not be disappointed in this unit.

Fantastic place to stay

This was our second trip to Barbados but our first in self accommodation and Tala did not disappoint! A beautiful apartment with everything we needed to feel at home. Well equipped with everything a family needs (washer/dryer, beach towels and cooler box etc) plus a spacious balcony where we ate and chilled out at various times of the day. The pool was handily close and great size for our children (age 7 & 12) with the larger, infinity pool by the bar/restaurant for them to play in whilst we enjoyed sunset cocktails! We received a warm welcome from Chris (Property Manager) on arrival who had organised a welcome pack of essential food items to cover our first few days (an optional service but well worth it if you have kids!) and he was readily accessible throughout our stay for any queries. The property was cleaned twice during our stay by the lovely Katina who kept the place immaculate and delighted our children with her fabulous towel creations (with hidden treats!). We hired a car for our stay and Sugar Hills was perfectly located to explore the west coast. We enjoyed our stay at Tala so much that we’ve abreast rebooked to rerun next Summer!
