Thank you for your heartfelt review! We’re thrilled to hear that you loved the Casta Dama apartment. Its beauty, spaciousness, cleanliness, and the abundance of natural light make it a special place, and we're glad you enjoyed the effective air conditioning as well. We understand that being on the 3rd floor without an elevator can be a challenge, and we truly appreciate your understanding and flexibility regarding the steps. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service, and it’s wonderful to know that we could help with your dinner reservation, hair salon recommendation, and any questions you had. Your 10/10 recommendation means the world to us. We can't wait to welcome you back for another amazing stay! A Presto!
