The house is distributed over four levels:
 
Entering the house, at street level, we find the small hall and the stairs that separate the night area and the living room.
Going down the stairs, on the left we have a double bedroom with 2 beds and its own bathroom with shower, the independent kitchen fully equipped with access to the outside with a terrace, ideal for outdoor meals, and also a toilet of courtesy On the right - beautiful and spacious living-dining room with sea views, fireplace and direct access to the pool and a beautiful garden. Thanks to the large windows, there is a lot of natural light.
Going up one floor from the hall, we find ourselves in the wonderful night area with two en-suite double bedrooms, another double with two single beds and a triple bedroom with a double bed and a single just above. All rooms are exterior, each with its own balcony.
On the top floor at your disposal is another en-suite bedroom with a double bed and sea views.
All bathrooms are equipped with a shower.
On the ground floor there is a magnificent, very large space, converted into a party room with fireplace, sofa area and bar area.
