Thank you Daisy for your review. Rovinj is a fascinating place for so many reasons and also we have been here before as tourists and now as owners. We are in love with this little world. The beauty of the place is accompanied by the sense of security that you experience living here. Life unfortunately elsewhere gets worse every day, but here you can still live without fear of terrorism or delinquency. For us, it would be a pride for us to have our guests again. The owners and the staff.

Dear Josef, first of all thank you for the contribution given to travelers to learn about strengths and weaknesses of our apartment, we have you listed as the most suitable for the season of your holiday, in late September. We are delighted that you enjoyed the location and the apartment. We must recognize that it's all true what you wrote about the difficulty of access to the underground garage, especially for the low car with a long wheelbase. The slide is too steep and requires careful driving. Unfortunately the problem is structural. For this is our practice to notify all customers who use the garage, on how best to drive down at the parking place and also to enter the inner courtyard. We try to help the guests with our experience to avoid even the slightest damage to the car bottom. As for the beds, we can say that from next year, the most modern and comfortable mattresses will be available in memory foam. Of course we are happy to still have you as our guest.

We know that families who choose our structure really desire the convenience and enjoy the beauty of Rovinj forgetting car. Grazie Lorella siamo davvero felici che siete stati bene da noi! Ogni volta che riceviamo una recensione come la vostra ci gratifica moltissimo. Per questo ci piace accogliere le persone, anche se a volte può essere difficile. Con voi abbiamo fatto solo quello che era giusto fare per accogliere la prima volta la vostra bella famiglia. Sappiamo bene che quando ci sono bimbi molto piccoli ogni viaggio è un rischio e può capitare la cancellazione. In questi casi accettiamo la cancellazione anche gli ultimi giorni. L'appartamento 2 ha un bagno più grande, ma non è adatto alla sistemazione di un lettino per bambini. Va bene per chi ha bambini più grandi. La breve distanza dal mare e dalle spiegge, è ideale anche per chi deve usare il passeggino. Sarà per noi sempre un piacere avervi come ospiti. Maryna e Luciano

We also think that is always important to help families to have the best welcome, especially when with children. For the next year we are planning a better arrangement of outdoor spaces and would like to complete the interior decoration.

Grazie Angelo e grazie Lucia. Naturalmente saremo felici di avervi con noi anche il prossimo anno. Certamente l' appartamento è spazioso per l' accoglienza di una coppia o di una famiglia con bambini. Volutamente non abbiamo pensato a un' ospitalità più estesa, anche se l' appartamento l' avrebbe permesso, proprio per privilegiare la qualità degli spazi. Per il prossimo anno stiamo pensando a una migliore sistemazione dello spazio esterno ed a completare l' abbellimento dell' arredo interno. Come avete evidenziato Alessia Apartment gode di una posizione ideale per raggiungere le più belle spiagge di Rovigno ed il centro città, ed allo stesso tempo consente la massima tranquillità di soggiorno.
