Great studio in Block A of the famous Skol Building, located on the beachfront of the center of Marbella. All amenities and services are nearby, so a car is not necessary. This east-facing property has great views over the sea, community pools, and gardens. The apartment is almost completely new, designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
This holiday home offers a living/dining area with a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV with international channels, access to the terrace with enviable sea views; a fully-equipped kitchen, ready for you to cook; and two single beds.
The complex has communal gardens, three swimming pools open all year round, a cafeteria, and a gate leading to the beach promenade.

The photos of the apartment were deceiving, it looked much bigger than actually was. The bathroom was very old and smelled of sewerage, water ran out in the toilet several times. The toilet location was bad. I have stayed in the Skol over 12 times but would not stay in 131 again.

It is true that the separate bedroom with the wall gives an impression of a smaller space.

The final cleaning of the apartment is included as long as the apartment is left tidy, without dirty dishes or utensils, and the rubbish is taken out to the street container. You do not need to wash towels or sheets; we do this in our own laundry.
