Nice apartment on a good location

A family vacation during 11 nights where the location is top, the apartment is well planned, the host easy to reach and answers promptly. So, all in all a good place I can recommend.

Absolutely lovely! The location is great, right along the beach promenade in the midst of literally a hundred restaurants, and just footsteps to the beach and the fast ferry to Puerto Banus.Communication with the host is excellent and efficient.We would definitely come back.

Very nice apartment, great location

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment which is central for all amenities, beach and shops. Apartment modern and clean and quite spacious. We stayed in November and the nights were quite chilly and because there was no information left in the apartment regarding heating and hot water we found it somewhat cool in the bedrooms at night. Balcony was enclosed and didn’t get any sun. Overall we enjoyed our stay

Because we were there in February, which was a big disappointment! The best thing about this place was the location, close to all the shops supermarkets , restaurants and bars! The worst thing about this place is the furnishings, I thought this was a 5 star place but not with the furnishings here, I would categorize them as being something cheap that a student would put in a dorm room in college! Not what expected at all, not comfortable!

Es war für als sonst Hotelbuchender eine neue Erfahrung, die sehr positiv verlaufen ist. Gerade mit Kindern musste ich durch die vorhandene Küche nicht auf teure Restaurants zurückgreifen. Der Strand und andere Spielaktivitäten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Selbst Geschäfte für den Einkauf sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Das große Einkaufszentrum La Cañada oder der Luxushafen Puerto Banus sind bequem per Bus erreichbar. Cafes und Restaurants direkt neben dem Objekt in Hülle und Fülle. Aber selbst Partyaktivitäten lassen einen ruhig schlafen, da diese in der Wohnung nicht zu hören sind. Der vorhandene Hauseigene Wachdienst, der auch die Schlüsselübergabe macht kann zwar "nur" spanisch, aber das war auch lösbar und sorgt aber auch dafür, dass man nicht unfreiwillig gestört wird. Es gibt drei Zugänge, die mit dem eigenen Schlüssel benutzt werden können. Auf dem Dach gibt es eigenen Pool, je nach Stärke der Sonne und Tageszeit auch warm, welcher Sand und Störungfrei genutzt werden kann.

Great location

Very comfortable and very well equipped close to beach and town. Fantastic weather. The only downside and why I didn’t give 5 stars is because the pool was closed and this wasn’t in the advert that it would not be open until 15 th June, however since contacting the owner I believe it is now on the advert. I recommend this property and think it would have been amazing to enjoy the roof top pool with such fantastic views over the beach and sea.

Excellent location with good facilites, bedding & towels need replaced

We had rainy weather during our week which was disappointing as most activities are designed to be outdoors. The property is ideally located with fairly good size rooms but no more than 4 people. The bedding and towels really need to be replaced as they are old and worn now so not very pleasant to use. There were not enough towels for the size of the property either. Insufficient instructions/manuals in the apartment with only a scribbled note on how to operate the aircon. Need full manual on things like the Wifi code (which is not how it is written on the bottom of the modem), how to select English subtitles on the TV, where to dispose of the rubbish, perhaps a public transport timetable for those of us who can't drive and a proper street map of the local area. Would also suggest a welcome pack with essentials such as bottle of water are left in the fridge for guests, especially when arriving at unsocial hours or after a long journey.The owner was quick to respond to any of our questions and was very helpful during our stay. The Old Town was very nice, relaxing with lots of unique shops to browse in and as long as you stay away from the main square you can find some lovely restaurants. We didn't like the beach area as the sand is dark and little course and the water murky with lots of shale at the water edge then a sudden dip into the water. The sunbeds were dirty as they appear to be left out on the beach 24/7 and not cleaned or maintained but still charge to use. The walk to Peurto Banus was pleasant and some of the restaurants along the route were good. The boat trip back to Marbella was good value too and a life saver for our feet. Although the apartment was generally good, unfortunately we were disappointed with Marbella itself and struggled to find one single venue providing all round entertainment for anyone over 21 years so believe the 'hype' about it being a 'party town' to be nonsense. We were there to celebrate my landmark birthday and we were bored!

Clean, well equipped and centrally located apartment.

Perfectly centred location. Right on the beach front with easy access to the port and restaurants. Old town 10 mins walk away. Well equipped, compact and very clean apartment with WiFi and TV that had Netflix which the kids enjoyed. Beds were a little uncomfortable and the air con wasn’t great but overall a great choice for a stay in Marbella. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Lamento mucho que tanto el clima como la evolución de su visita a Marbella haya afectado a su valoración sobre nuestro apartamento, pero desgraciadamente no podemos influir sobre factores externos. Tomamos nota en como mejorar las instrucciones aunque están explicadas en la web, y respecto a las toallas y sábanas , aunque prácticamente las hemos renovado todas este año y no habíamos tenido ninguna queja hasta ahora, las revisamos para ofrecer el mejor servicio. Creo que la valoración debería ser exclusivamente del apartamento y no cómo se lo han pasado durante su estancia, pero por supuesto son libres de valorar como ustedes quieran.

Excelent Appartment in the promenade

The apartment is located within , I would say, the best area of Marbella, so close to the promenade and golden mile, that you cannot get any closer! The block of apartments is one of the best around, with concierge, 3 lifts, and very clean. The apartment itself is very tastefully decorated and clean and all the amenities are there. I bottle of Rioja was waiting for us, which was unexpected and a great finishing touch. If you want to see Marbella, this is a great place to stay . A big thank you to Jose Antonio!

The best location,close to the beach and so many restorants.

The beautiful old Marbella town is just 5-6 min walk.On north you just cross the main road and jump in to completely dufferent town with old traditional homes and street decorations.

Great property to stay in

Great location and a lovely apartment. Central to everything and was on the water front. Fabulous. Helpful owner and everything we could need in the apartment. We found it a bit difficult to find at 2 in the morning though. It's one way drive along the boardwalk, but walking look for Marbella 2000 on the top grille of the gate in between the restaurants.

Very nice apartment in a fantastic location.

We really liked this place. The location is perfect. Close to the beach and surrounded by restaurants, bars, shops and stores. Only a few minutes from Marbella old town. The apartment is fairly well equipped. Air conditioning works very well. Beds are very comfortable. Apartment is quiet and the security staff are very helpful. The owner is very responsive and very accommodating. He arranged a parking space for us and he also arranged wifi for the week. Both cost extra but were reasonable and well worth it. Note: You do not need a car for this apartment. Everything you need is nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

L'appartement est idéalement situé,

L'appartement est idéalement situé , 15 mètres de la mer et du centre ville. Il est très bien agencé, de nombreux rangements, et une superbe suite parentale. L'appartement est très propre et agréable, il est doté du chauffage réversible. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et à l'ecoute.Je le recommande vivement.
