Summary:
A spacious one-story, 4 bedroom, dog friendly, private hot tub, ping pong and foosball table.

The Space:
Awbrey Lane 7 is a single level spacious, home with vaulted ceilings, new carpet and exposed wood beams offering all the comforts of home. This dog friendly, 4-bedroom home will easily accommodate up to ten people. Rest comfortably in the large primary suite including a king-sized bed and spacious ensuite. Two additional rooms offer queen beds and a fourth bedroom offering a set of bunk beds, plus a twin trundle/day bed. Awbrey 7 does not have air conditioning and provides box fans in the bedrooms.

Awbrey 7 also includes a large dining table and open kitchen, perfect for conversations and activities. Venture out and see the wildlife that lives amongst the Pines where the Big Deschutes River meanders through. A Bald Eagle or an Osprey are common sites around here as well as the many Deer and Squirrel that live within Sunriver year round.

In the summer months, the large, partially covered deck with outdoor seating is perfect for creating memories under the stars after enjoying a BBQ with the family. Or soak in the brand-new hot tub on the back deck after a day of skiing. There is even a foosball and a ping pong table in the garage for lively competition.

Located conveniently across from Fort Rock Park where you can access basketball, tennis, and pickle ball courts, a playground structure, a baseball diamond and more! Explore 35+ miles of paved bike and walking paths or spend a day up at Mt. Bachelor skiing. At the end of the day, cozy up next to the gas fireplace with the family watching movies in the welcoming living room. 7 Awbrey is going to be your new home away from home.

First time staying

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here this weekend & we enjoyed the little time there. Everything was so close, the park was walking distance which was great for our kids & the bikes were so fun. Check in and out was so easy and convenient, not dealing with having to check in with a person it was all via email. The rooms were big. The only things I didn’t like were that the floor was dirty. We didn’t wear shoes inside because it has carpet and we wanted to maintain it clean however our feet ended up dirty from walking barefoot inside the house. The dinning table was dusty & there was a like weird smell around the couches, the main bathroom shower wasn’t super clean so I’d don’t know if maybe it hadn’t been occupied in a while and that’s why ? Aside from that we honestly enjoyed our stay we cleaned the shower before we used it and wiped the table . We will definitely be coming back and if this house is available we are renting it again. Thank you for having us !

Great house and location, especially for families with kifs

Had a great time here. Enjoyed the house and its proximity to all activities . We will definitely want to come abck next summmer.

Good but could of been a little bit better

The house is very big and spacious and very nicely located for kids and dogs. But… the house could of been a little bit more up to dated. With better mattresses, pillows, comforters, and sheets. (Amazon basic has all of those things for cheep and yet so comfortable) the pillows were flat and the blankets were thin… no comforters. Also the tvs in the bedroom could use and update. (Roku tvs also cheep from Amazon and do wonders for kids!) For not having warm enough blankets we had to turn the heat up which made the rental very dry. We were all pretty stuffy from how dry it was, maybe even the central heater filter needed to get changed? … And other then that everything else was great, the kitchen and the bathroom has all the Basic amenities and again great location!

Many things in the home did not work well.

The carpet had been cleaned on our arrival day, and was still wet and stinky on Sunday when we departed! Never ever will we go back!

Family House

This house was just right for me and my extended family to enjoy our vacation. Plenty of room for the dogs and kids. Great large living room. We really enjoyed the fire place.

Bachelorette Weekend

This was the perfect house for us 5 girls! We had so much fun walking the trails all around the house! The kitchen was awesome to cook in. The living room had plenty of space to play games! The hot tub was a great perk!

Great Family Stay

We actually rented several houses in this cul de sac for extended family gathering. This house has a great layout and, of course, the hot tub is lovely, too, after playing in the snow.

Close to Mt. Bachelor

Stayed at the property for a weekend ski trip at Mt. Bachelor. Very close and convenient location. Dog-friendly and easy check in process. Enjoyed have the amenities such as the hot tub and ping pong table

Reviewer Comments: Great time, good amenities, we didn't use the shark passes because the smoke levels from the fires but if that wasn't the case it would be a great value! There was plenty of space for two family's. The hot tub was a nice feature, and the back yard was great for corn hole. The only negative was the master bedroom had a mattress that was uncomfortable, too firm. Mattresses are always in the eyes of the beholder though. Great stay, great value, great memories made.

Reviewer Comments: Carpets need a good cleaning, some furniture was broken and the bed were uncomfortable and need to be updated with newer, firmer mattresses. Toilet in guest bath had to be plunged multiple times over the weekend.

Nice poop!!

I have visited sunriver for 6 years and this was the worst house I have ever stayed in!! The beds are uncomfortable in every room! Internet wasn’t working and I had to call the internet provider to get fixed. Hot tub jets were terrible. And we found mice poop, and cleaned it up to have more poop every day! The maintenance person put mice poison out but left the poop for me to clean!

Master bed awful. Mattress has a giant lump in the middle. We barely slept.

Barbecue grill was broken. There were no matches or lighter available to get it started. Otherwise, it was a very nice stay.

The grill did not work which meant that the hundreds of dollars we spent and menu planning were not helpful. The lazy boy in the living room is broken and my son cut his foot on a piece of metal sticking out. The carpet from the kitchen into the dining room is so worn out that there were sharp pieces sticking up and my daughter cut her foot

Excellent Floor Plan but a few items need Fixing

The house was nice and a great floor plan for our family group of 6 but there were tacks from the carpet coming up and not being refastened that were right in a major foot traffic area that were sharp on our feet so we had to put a throw rug over it. Several of us stepped on it before we figured it out. This was also the case in the master bedroom. The fireplace was also broken. Closet door didn’t work and some little things like that too, but the rest of the place was wonderful, comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay. Lots of cookware and utensils in the kitchen and a lovely hot tub that stayed hot. We loved finding plenty of games to play, too. Overall, if the broken things are fixed, this is a wonderful place to stay!

love the house

we enjoyed staying at this house, easy access. location was great, nice open space around the house. open floorplan with enough seating for our party of 6. we would definitely rent it again. matrass on bed next to living room was uncomfortable, and we could not find any cutting boards. overall it was a great place to stay.
