Welcome to your peaceful retreat in the heart of Central Oregon — a thoughtfully designed four-bedroom home where comfort meets intention. Whether you're gathering the whole family (pups included!) or spending time with close friends, this home gives you space to unplug from life’s hectic pace and reconnect with what truly matters.

Inside, you’ll find a fully stocked kitchen ready for shared meals and spontaneous snacks, a cozy living room with a gas fireplace perfect for unwinding, and air conditioning to keep you cool and comfortable. The main level features a serene king ensuite bedroom, a second king bedroom, and a full bathroom — ideal for guests who prefer single-level living. Upstairs, a third king bedroom and a cheerful bunk room share another full bathroom.

Aside from Ping Pong, both the young and the young-at-heart can have fun playing the new arcade game in the garage.

Outside, soak up the good life — take a bike ride through the fresh mountain air, or sink into your own private hot tub, now enhanced with a privacy wall, under a sky full of stars. And yes — your well-behaved dogs (2 max) are welcome to join the fun. A pet fee applies.

We created this home to be more than just a getaway. It's a place to breathe deeper, laugh louder, and savor time with the people (and pups) who matter most. From cozy mornings to peaceful nights, your stay is designed to help you slow down — and truly enjoy it all.

Great House - Good Location

This house worked well for our family get together. Nice quiet street with lots of outdoor space. Host was responsive and we would definitely stay here again.

Good house, but could use some updating to make it great. Primary bedroom could use a new bed. Fire alarms went off in the middle of the night - false alarm. They are all connected so it was a challenging night. Reported to the management company the next day. They were apologetic, professional, responsive and replaced all the alarms that day.

Great place for family vacation

Had our whole family together and it was such a great trip. The house was nice and clean, well stopped in the kitchen and many bikes to use/choose from. We had a Very nice and relaxing stay

Excellent property and location

The house is very nice and who ever does cleaning, I am very impressed with the tidyness. We had a wonderful Christmas stay and Thanks for all the snow you had for us!! Only issue I have is there is no cookie sheets of any kind.

Lots of Space

The house was spacious everywhere… Bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen and living space. We all fit quite comfortably and even had a couple friends over for dinner who stayed at another property. There are plenty of bikes to borrow if that is something you do. We didn’t get a chance to play ping pong, but that would’ve been fun! Met some of the neighbors who were very nice! We would definitely stay here again. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything that we could possibly need to cook or bake. Super comfortable!

Pleasant long weekend stay with family

We just spent a long weekend at this house with a family of 8 (6 adults, 2 toddlers) and enjoyed our stay. The house had just enough space to fit everyone comfortably including areas where the little ones could take naps and go to bed earlier in the evenings without being disturbed. Although the location was a bit too far to walk to a park or the village with small kids, it was a nice quiet location and great space to play and walk. The house had almost everything needed although it did lack a few items such as coffee filters and additional paper towels. The internet was also lacking. A few of us had to wrap up some work before enjoying the weekend and the WiFi made this difficult. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay.

Family Friendly Floor Plan

This rental worked great - our daughter, husband and 2 kids had the upstairs and the couples without kids had the ground level rooms. The ping pong table and hot tub were a big hit! We cooked all of our meals at the house, so we appreciated the large collection of dishes and cookware. Great place for a family of eight!

Great House

This was a wonderful place to get together with family. The layout was great. There were some maintenance items that seem to be lagging but the manager offered to send someone over. We declined as it didn’t impact us but wanted them to know.

Nice house

Overall nice place, there was some garbage left behind from the previous renters in the backyard so that was weird. Internet worked good for phones and tablets but not for streaming devices. For the large cleaning fee I was surprised there was cobwebs and garbage in the backyard. I would stay there again hot tub was huge and the king beds were very comfortable

Comfortable but needs upgrade on electronics & lack responses from property manager

The house was clean and very warm with fresh towels. The only setback was that the TV was old and did not have streaming service like ROKU or channels for us to browse through or at least for us to hook up HDMI cable. The boom box was outdated as well. Other than that, everything else was great. Need instructions to use hot tub...it was locked up.

Thanksgiving holiday 2019

We love coming to Sunriver over Thanksgiving... and our annual wish for snow came true in spades this year! Our stay at this house was comfortable for all... loved the quiet location and all amenities were provided. Having two master bedrooms on the main floor worked perfectly for both my husband/me and his parents. Would definitely book again!

Great location and floor-plan, and well appointed home!

We had a fabulous week and the house suited our group of 9 perfectly!! The kitchen is VERY well stocked! Air conditioning was terrific and back deck lovely for grilling and enjoying dinner al fresco!

Can’t wait to come back!

This house was perfect for our family. The house was spotless and very nicely furnished. We had 3 couples, one with a baby, and a couple dogs. Each couple had a generous sized bedroom and bathroom to call their own. We spent lots of time on the deck and in the hot tub. We enjoyed cooking together in the large kitchen and using the barbeque. This house has a very nice yard, which we used to play yard games. We used the ping pong table almost everyday. We plan on coming back next summer!

Lovely Home for Family Reunion

This house has a great layout for aging grandparents, 2 active younger kids, 2 teenagers and 4 parents to interact together and yet have space to themselves. The hot tub was great after skiing. The kitchen was missing a few basic items: 9x13 pan, there were only 6 adult forks, BBQ was sub-par - when we could not cook our meat we had to move it to the oven but there was no broiler pan or other type of pan to cook with in the oven. I did like the location/neighborhood.
