Lynwood View is a stunning three bedroom lodge with wonderful views from your private decked balcony over the West Lyn River & Exmoor National Park beyond.

The lodge is less than a mile to Lynton Town Centre with its Cliff Railway connecting Lynton to Lynmouth Harbour. The walk into Lynton is fabulous as you're up high with spectacular views across the Bristol Channel & over Exmoor.

The lodge sleeps 5 people in one double ensuite bedroom , one twin bedroom and one single bedroom. The lodge is very spacious with a well equipped kitchen and open plan lounge/diner. It also has a private parking space for one car. Onsite there is also an EV charge point.

Lynwood View is on Sunny Lyn Holiday Park which is a very small, friendly, family owned holiday park with a less than a dozen camping pitches, 9 touring pitches & 7 static caravans on one side of the holiday park. The other side of the holiday park has 10 lodges. The holiday park is quiet & peaceful yet only a few minutes walk to the picturesque town of Lynton where you can walk, or get the cliff railway, down to Lynmouth Harbour. Both Lynton & Lynmouth have a wonderful choice of restaurants, cafe's, pubs & shops.

There are some spectacular walks in the area to suit all abilities - Exmoor, river, coastal & woodland walks. The Valley of Rocks & Watersmeet walks are two of the most breathtaking walks you'll experience, so much so that Julia Bradbury has done both for her TV shows about Britains Best Walks.

Lynwood View is equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday. All bed linen & towels are included although if you are going to head to the lovely beaches nearby, we do ask that you bring your own beach towels.
