Our condo, (unit 402) is family owned and operated and new to the rental pool.

This beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom beach front condo offers stunning ocean and sweeping white water views from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom.

In October 2019 the condo was completely renovated from top to bottom. Fresh colors, new ac, updated kitchen, top notch bathrooms with centrally located washer and dryer.

The kitchen is fully-equipped for fine dining and the spacious private lanai is perfect for morning coffee, relaxing or sunset dinners.

This condo is at the north end of the building, which is adjacent to South Kihei Road and can at times have some noise. The location is great with sandy beaches in both directions and walking distance to dining, shopping and entertainment.

The Royal Mauian Resort is a one of a kind 6-story ocean front property located in South Kihei. It is located between 2 sandy beaches, is beautifully maintained and has panoramic ocean views.

The grounds offer an ocean front pool, an expansive lawn with chaise lounges over looking the water, and an ocean view roof garden and BBQ area with gas BBQ's, tables, and a full kitchen for a magical sunset dining experience.

Excellent house and location. Had outstanding views (especially the sunset) and easy access to the beach. Kitchen was fully stocked and we cooked meals several times during our stay. It was a great stay.

Great Family Place in Kehei

We absolutely loved staying at this place. The location is well-suited, with beaches on either side of the complex. There are plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. The condo has fantastic amenities...that go well beyond the description on the website. We had a group of five, ages 17 through 52, and every single person found something great to do nearby. I highly recommend and will stay again.

Maui's Hidden Gem

What an outstanding property, great access to amazing views, great beaches, shopping and more - all in walking distance. Access to onsite parking is a nice perk. The hosts have done an amazing job in updating the property to make it very easy to stay, be comfortable in the unit and have plenty of space to rest and relax.

Everything about this condo and location were perfect. Amazing view of the ocean, well stocked, extremely clean, and overall just comfy and perfect for our family. My daughter absolutely loved the pool and being able to walk to the beach. Very walkable area with lots of restaurants to choose from. We would definitely stay again next time we visit Maui.

The accommodations were great, close to the beach. Shopping at local food stores across the street were overpriced. Drive a few blocks north to the larger food stores.

Swim with the sea turtles

Beautiful Condo/Excellent Location

Can't add much to the prior reviews as we agree with all the positive comments. Our party was 6 adults and had plenty of room. Great views, central location, plenty of turtles and saw some breaching whales off shore. One thing to add was everything in the condo was first rate including beach equipment and even iron and ironing board which tells you owners want to (and did) provide a quality experience.

Our family trip to Maui was delayed by a year and was worth the wait. We re-booked without any difficulty and full understanding from the owners of this beautiful property. When we arrived, everything was ready for us and the condo was perfect for our large family group of three generations. We had lots of room to spread out, but found ourselves really enjoying time together on the lanai whenever we were there. The view of the beach and the sunsets was amazing. The location was great with the close proximity of the beaches where we spent much time enjoying the sun sand and water. The rooftop patio and BBQ was great to use and enjoy with the even more amazing view of the sunset. The entire building is well cared for and maintained.

location is wonderful overlooking the ocean although the sun never makes it on to the balcony at least not in February. Unit needs updating and a thorough cleaning... bathroom overhead fans don't really work because they are completely clogged with dirt. For three bedrooms (for five or six people) there are not enough comfortable couches or chairs (there is plenty of space in the main living area, just not enough furniture. )Kitchen is well supplied. Checkout and check in times are difficult but I think this may be common.

Wonderful place with a great view!

We enjoyed our stay here very much and the apartment was a good space for us. It was nicely decorated and was well stocked with everything we needed for the cooking that we did as well as with beach gear, which was niceā€¦.beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, an ice chest. There are great sandy beaches on both sides of the complex and lots of restaurants within walking distance as well as a natural foods store across the street. The only drawback I can think of would be that the complex is located on a pretty busy road so you can hear some traffic noise if you are outside on the patio. We would definitely stay here again if we are looking for lodging in this general area in the future.

A wonderful stay!

I've stayed at the Royal Mauian many times, but this is by far the nicest unit I've ever rented in the building. The views are stunning and the deck stays cool because the sun never hits it during the day. The unit was stocked with everything you could ever need in the kitchen, for the beach, and for the bedrooms. We stayed with our whole family and it felt spacious and comfortable. It was easy to communicate with Shawna and Chuck and I'd highly recommend to anyone. We will be back for sure!

Fantastic place

My family and I loved this place. The condo was beautifully renovated. It's right on a beautiful beach and in such close proximity to restaurants and shops. It has absolutely everything you need to cook meals at home. The closet was stocked with lawn chairs, sand toys, coolers, and boogie boards that were perfect for my family and little one. The owners really thought of everything you might need to enjoy your stay and we really appreciated that. You can't go wrong booking this place.

Beautiful, light-filled

We had a group of 10 extended family staying in 2 condos in the Royal Mauian, and this was one. This condo is beautiful - I cannot say enough about the open floor plan living area and balcony! We enjoyed dinner on the balcony several nights and that was one of my favorite parts of our stay in Maui. Giant TV and couch was terrific for relaxing with a movie after a busy day, and was SO good for the teens. The kitchen was well stocked, we didn't cook anything complicated but found everything we needed and especially appreciated storage containers for leftovers, etc. Thank you for a stay in a beautiful place, we would recommend this to families especially with teens!

Perfect location for a dream vacation

The condo is exactly as pictured inside. Very clean and furnished beautifully. The location could not be better. Steps away from the beach for swimming! Snorkeling and Paddleboarding. All best done before noon when the wind picks up and water is a little rougher. Shops just across the street to eat, rent water equipment and souvenirs. Just a short drive down the road are more shops and restaurants. We spent most of our time outdoors but when indoors we spent most of our time on the lanai. The view and sunset are spectacular from there. There is also a rooftop area with grills, tables and chairs and a great view. Cannot say enough about this rental. We all loved it. Felt like home and we hated to leave.

Fantastic location and views

We loved the balcony. We were right on the beach and we could swim and snorkel. We saw turtles every calm day and had fun in the waves on rough weather days. The condo does have cockroaches but we knew they were going to be there from other reviews.

Chuck and I live in Utah with our 3 kiddos when we aren't trying to escape to someplace warm and tropical, like Maui! We have been vacationing to Maui for over 20 years and like to think of it as our home away from home. We love cruising and watching the surf and sun on the warm tropical beaches of Hawaii with our kiddos and as many friends and family as we can round up! Isn't that what it is all about?

We stayed in one of the Royal Mauian units a couple years ago and fell in love with the ocean front, easy going, beautiful complex and lovely grounds! Steps away from two of the best beaches in Kihei (or all of Maui in our opinion), several great dining options within a short walking and/or driving distance and wonderful views of both Haleakala and the beautiful coast toward Ma'alaea Harbor. When this unit came up for sale we jumped at the opportunity! We are excited to share this beautifully situated and appointed condo with you and hope that if feels like home away from home for you as well.
