You are just a few steps from the Beautiful Blue Pacific Ocean. Sandy Beaches extend in both directions from this Ground Floor Unit with Spacious Lanai! Exciting wind surfing & kite surfing activity, Hawaiian Sea Turtles, and other marine wildlife can be viewed directly from the condo. You can even see Humpback Whales during the winter! This unit has it all! A Beautiful Open Floor Plan (1126 square feet) with Ocean Views from Every Room! Living Room, Dining Area, Kitchen and TWO of the Three Bedrooms enjoy Amazing Panoramic Views including; the Beautiful Blue Pacific Ocean, Molokini, Kahoolawe, Lanai, Maalaea Bay and the West Maui Mountains. You can see gorgeous views from almost everywhere in the condo without seeing high-rise hotels... just the natural beauty of Hawaii. The Rooftop Area, complete with barbecues, picnic tables, and lounge chairs, also has a 360 degree view of the Island of Maui, Haleakala, and the Pacific Ocean.

There are six world class golf courses within just a few minutes drive of Menehune Shores. Take a stroll through the protected wildlife sanctuary of Kealia Ponds on the open air walkway. The Maui Ocean Center and Maalaea Harbor are also just minutes away. There, you can view the ocean's inhabitants while walking through a transparent tunnel, go deep sea fishing, whale watching, and more! Snorkel and dive boats are available there as well as great restaurants and shops. The exclusive hotels and shops of Wailea are located just south of Kihei, and the old seaport of Lahaina is 30 minutes to the north.

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. It was well equipped and had everything we needed. The pool and beach just a short walk from the condo. The sunsets from this property are amazing!!!The location is close to everything shopping, restaurants, bakeries, etc..The owners Jim and Aubrey are quick to respond to your questions. Beautiful home, loved being right on the water. Was perfect for my family of 10. Very clean. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Also a good assortment of beach equipment. Very happy with our stay.

Aloha,Our stay was perfect just a few small suggestions:*bath tub needs a better stopper*knife set, scissors are dull they don't cut very wellOn our first night we were out on the lanai. 10:03am someone from above reminded us of quiet time so we went inside. Hmm, we were just talking... The next day someone above us would blast their music from 5pm to 10pm and they were not even on the lanai. Very annoying as we took that as trying to drown out or conversations while we were enjoying the beautiful view, friendship, and Ohana.Mahalo for allowing us to stay, you home away from home was a great choice for our celebration. I lived in Lahaina never really experienced Kihei so this was nice. Family had a picnic at Kamaole 3 and then later swam at Kamaole 1 on our last day.Wishing you both all the best

Aloha! We’re glad to hear that your “stay was perfect” and would have loved the opportunity to make it even more so. It would have been “A’ole pilikia” (No problem) to take care of the “small suggestions” of tub stopper & kitchen scissors during your stay. It’s not always possible to make everything perfect which is why we provide cell numbers to call or text us, or our on-island manager. Quiet time does start at 10:00pm, but talking quietly on the lanai after that is fine. Again, just contacting us at the time would be preferred to address this or the music. It’s wonderful that our “home away from home was a great choice for our celebration” and that you were able to experience Kihei for the first time. Wonderful family vacationOur stay at Audrey and Jim’s place was nothing short of amazing. Right on the water, with the beach and pool just steps away. Very peaceful. Be sure to check out the beach in the morning for sea turtles and in the afternoon for kite surfers. The mornings are also great for bird watching just off the lanai. Also, don’t miss the Indian restaurant on property - not only was it convenient, it was delicious! The condo had everything we needed, from beach towels, sand toys, beach chairs, to a blender for pina coladas! Plenty of space for our crew of five. The location in Kihei was convenient and close to surfing lessons, snorkeling tours, and lots of delicious food options. Kihei Food Oasis has something for everyone - from shave ice to Thai, sushi, açaí bowls, to burgers and fries, no one will be disappointed! Just a little heads up This is totally outside of the owners’ control, but the lady who lives in the unit above can be a bit sensitive to noise, even outside of ‘quiet hours’. She never said anything to us (even with 2 kids) but heard her telling others to be quiet.We were given all the instructions we needed before the trip, so we had all the information we needed to start our vacation from the moment we got there! The property manager was also very helpful with keeping us informed as there was a potential tropical storm in the area.We loved our stay, and made so many memories together. We can’t wait to come back!

This was the best condo to stay at! Steps from the beach, a great location and the most breathtaking views. The hosts made us feel welcome long before we arrived and the condo had everything we needed for a week long stay. We’d book this condo again in a heartbeat!

We had a great stay at the condo. Jim was quick to respond to our questions about the March storms that hit and reassured us that everything would be ready for our visit. Once inside there was everything we could possibly need - beach toys, chairs, plenty of towels, and more! The condo was undergoing some routine maintenance and Jim was quick to share the information with us so we could plan our time accordingly. Overall we had a great stay! Thank you Speth Family!

The view from this place can’t be beat! Our crew LOVED being able to enjoy the grassy area right outside the door, and the beach is such a hidden gem! We saw turtles every day and had beautiful sunset views! Jim was very responsive as a host and the house was in great condition! We appreciated all the baby amenities and found the rooms very comfortable and cozy!

Jim was extremely responsive to all questions we had, always answering with promptness and kindness. The unit was fully stocked with everything we needed (and more), plus it was very clean, making our time there relaxing and so enjoyable. We love this location due to how central it is to all the places we love to explore when we are on the island. Only being about 15-20 mins from Kahului, Wailea, and Paia allowed us to easily make it to all our favorite places during our stay

The 3 bedrooms were just perfect for our family of 7. The condo was equipped with all amenities. What makes this an extra special place is the walk from patio to lawn area then beach!! Our grandkids loved the lawn area and pool area! The sunsets were amazing and swimming with turtles right beyond the condo was extra special! We appreciate the owner's communication and responsiveness. A great place to stay for families!

We had a magnificent stay! Everything was perfect from the location to the amenities. Having coffee on the lanai each morning was one of the highlights of our trip. We had 4 kids from 6-11 years old and they were able to enjoy the pool and nearby beaches. We will be booking again when we return to Maui, which can’t happen soon enough!

Menehune Shores in North Kihei is the perfect location for a Maui vacation. The Ancient Hawaiian Fishpond and adjacent beaches are great places to relax and explore with family. We loved daily walks collecting shells and seeing sea turtles. This ground floor condo is set up nicely with two bedrooms in addition to the living area and lanai all being oceanfront. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai eating breakfast, relaxing, and viewing the sunset. The weather was perfect for opening the windows and doors allowing the breeze and sounds of ocean waves to flow through the space. Our host honestly responded to our concerns about the recent Kona Low and how it impacted the island and condo. We kept a close eye on up-to-date progress and were impressed by the quick clean up process by the local municipalities. We did not reschedule, and were very pleased to be able to do everything on our itinerary, including snorkeling, surfing, and exploring the road to Hana.

This was the most amazing week of our lives. We travele back "home" where we all lived for my mothers 90th birthday. Jim and Audrey were so helpful. We spend 7 months planning and by the time we traveled, i really felt like the Speth's were Ohana for sure. The view was unmatched. I felt like we were on a houseboat, unobstructed view for miles. And not to mention the daily whale show that we had. THe condo was stocked with EVERYTHING you could ever need from baby to grandma This is our new place to stay for sure. We WILL be back. Thanks so much for all of your help and communication along the way.

Canadians in Kihei

This was a wonderful spring break for our Canadian grandkids, their parents and grandparents. The condo is very well equipped and is in a beautiful spot. We enjoyed every minute here.

Amazing stay

Our stay was nothing but amazing!! It was nice going out to the balcony and enjoy the sound of the waves and the sunset. The hosts were amazing and communicative. Check in was easy as well. Everything was about five to ten minute drive. Will definitely book again in the future.

Aloha Teresa, We're glad you thought the location was great! Being directly on the ocean, with nice sandy beaches and a beautiful sunset view is pretty awesome! It's too bad you felt that there was some "outdated" furniture and deco. Most of it is less than 5 years old, and some, like all the beds, are less than 6 months old. We are always working on updating our "Hawaiian Home", so it would have been nice to have more specific information in order to better address your feelings. Mahalo, Jim & Audrey

We have made many trips to multiple islands, first as a couple, then as a family. Over the years we found that we loved Maui the best...as they say 'Maui No Ka Oi!' (Maui is the Best!) We started to look at property all over the island during every visit. When we found Menehune Shores 114, we knew that we had found our own personal paradise! We found ourselves in Kihei on our first "family" trip to Maui. We really enjoyed the laid back atmosphere, the proximity to the airport and Kahului, as well as easy access to the whole island. Menehune Shores 114 is blessed with daily tropical breezes, beautiful views of Lanai, Kahoolawe and the Pacific Ocean (you can't get much closer!), and the relaxing sound of the ocean lulling you to sleep, all on a beautiful and well-maintained property. Just to be sure this was the best possible condo, we kept looking while we were in escrow (and even after - 21+ years now), but nothing else came close!

Ground floor single level unit (no stairs in the unit), with an open floor plan, in a well maintained family friendly complex! Beautiful Ocean, Island, and Mountain views from almost everywhere in the unit!
