The apartment was newly renovated and combines the charm of the old with modern features and design.
The 4 bedrooms suites have all private bathrooms and air conditioner which gives them a great comfort. In the common areas, you’ll find two kitchens, two living and dining areas, one extra social bathroom and one small balcony. In one of the living areas you’ll find a sleeping couch that accommodate 1-2 extra persons.
The maximum capacity of this apartment is 8-9 persons and we have a pac-n-play available if needed. You will also find air-conditioners in every room where you can choose the temperature - cold or warm.
Only five minutes from the apartment you’ll find a bus and tram stop, a famous viewpoint São Pedro de Alcântara, green areas (Principe Real) and a lot of diversity when it comes to restaurants and cafes. The nearest metro station is 10 minutes walking distance. You can choose to stock up in a convenience store or a supermarket and to get fresh bread there’s local shops just around the corner.
We provide a set of towels per person, bed sheets and amenities. We follow through the recent international hygienization guidelines and always make sure the apartment is professionally cleaned and sanitized with certified products.
