Welcome to our tranquil ocean-front Casa Del Mar villa! Our property is located in a beautiful, new, gated community just steps away from your own private beach. Start your day from your queen size bed overlooking the peaceful ocean and end your day in our pool with the view of the spectacular sunset. The City of Aguada is a beautiful cultural city with coastal Latin cuisine and fun nighttime entertainment. Book your stay at Casa Del Mar for an intimate and fun getaway.
This is a new construction villa and everything in the house is brand new.

Amazing experience

This property was definitely a great choice for my first vacation to Puerto Rico! The location is perfect - we loved being able to hear and see the ocean from our villa. Quiet neighborhood, comfortable bed, clean, lots to do eat close by.

Awesome place

What a great place to stay. Cozy and comfortable with all the amenities you need and right in front of the beach. You hear the sound of the waves day and night which is delightful. We were also very close to family. We will definitely stay here again.

Great stay

The property is in a great central location to get to the beautiful beaches on the West side of the island. Luis provided wonderful food recommendations. We really enjoyed our time here.

Absolutely perfect!

Our stay at this unit was absolutely perfect! I wish we could have stayed so much longer. It was super clean, communication with the host was very good, the location was really convenient to lots of activity, and the water was literally steps away. We couldn't have asked for anything better!

Beautiful get away with ocean view

The listing was accurate and communication with Luis was easy and received timely response. Condo is perfect for two people. Amazing view from the front door, could sit and enjoy my morning coffee while listening to the surf. Wasnā€™t busy while we were there, so plenty of privacy and beach.

Lovely cottage in great location

This cottage is lovely, clean and well appointed. We enjoyed being near the ocean and the great sunset views. Some days my partner surfed there, though surfing in Rincon was better and safer given the depth of the water/reef. I would absolutely stay there again.

Tranquil

Peaceful. This is what we experience when we come to Casa Del Mar. The villa is perfect size for 2 adults. The view! This area is quiet but easy to get to everything. The owners are very responsive if needed. This is the only place we want to stay when we come to Aquada.

Quaint and Nice!!

It was lovely to be able to sit in the living room and look at the ocean through the doors. It was even more wonderful going to sleep and waking up with the waves crashing. The beach by the gate to enter had some wood scattered, which seems to be leftover from a storm, but we could still walk down the rest of the beach and enjoy the ocean. We would definitely stay again!!! The hosts were wonderful with their communication.

Just what we needed!

It was easy, peaceful, beautiful and, easy drives to some great beaches and restaurants. Host was very responsive and accurate. I travel A LOT , I highly recommend this place .. if you are looking for a chill, relax time, and safe ! On the beach this is the place !

Amazing spot

This is my second time staying at Casa Del Mar and I will be coming back the next chance I get. The ocean is right in front of you with an unobstructed view. The host is incredible and the place is always clean. Iā€™ve stayed at other places nearby and this is by far the best one for 2 to 3 people. If youā€™re a surfer, this is perfectly positioned between Rincon and Aguadilla/isabela making it ideal for going to either location depending on the conditions. Canā€™t say enough good things about this place.

Directly on the beach, cant get any closer

This is the best location if you would like to get away from the hustle and bustle of the cities and spend a few days relaxing in the ocean water and just absorbing the sun. Your private cottage is steps away from the beach. The beach is excellent.

If you love a great ocean view, with beautiful sunsets and starry nights from the balcony of a great and clean villa, this is a perfect place for you. There are a lot of beach options in the area, but you can also just relax in the villa.

Better then expected

Communication was fantastic. The villa was extremely cozy and intimate. The sunsets were in perfect view. I enjoyed the hammock seat and the pool was just a few feet away. Easy access to the beach.Villa appeared to be the perfect spot for us. We have been telling our friends and family about Casa De Mar. The shower had low pressure and there was either super cold or extremely hot water temperature.

Amazing beachfront villa! Accommodations were as described, if not better! Excellent location at the end of the beach road with easy access to restaurants, shopping and beaches! Amazing spot on the beach

Canā€™t say enough good things. The unit was clean and perfectly positioned in front of the waves. Location was secure and not sketchy at all. Neighbors were super friendly. The pictures actually donā€™t do the real spot justice. Iā€™ll be returning as soon as I can.

On the beach

The floors werenā€™t very clean and there was no coffee pot. There was a one cup percolator that did the trick but was no convent and was messy. It is right off the beach so listening to the waves from inside with the doors open was nice and felt secure with it being gated.

Casa Del Mar is exactly as advertised. The host is extremely helpful and communicative and the property is as advertised. This is our second time staying here and the home clean, well appointed and well kept. With a wonderful ocean view this unit is adjacent to the community pool and covered table/sitting area, perfect for coffee, meals or playing games The beach out front is accessible from the gate and down the stairs, perfect for long beach walks and beach days. The villas are close to restaurants on the beach road, the town square and grocery shopping. Easy drive to other beaches such as Jobos or Crashboat for a day trip. We will definitely stay again on a future trip to the area!

All you need and nothing you don't!

Please don't let my review title let you think that this casita is Spartan - it isn't! Just the right size, nicely appointed with everything we needed to cook most our meals when not out running around having adventures. The place was clean, had great airflow (especially when you open the windows over the couch) and the double front doors let in all the ocean sounds and a steady sea breeze. Luis was a fantastic host, quick to book, reply with updates when I messaged him (usually well within an hour!) and checked in with us via the app during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed - all while not being intrusive. We'll definitely be back. Under 20 minutes to Rincon for dinner and under 30 minutes to CrashBoat, and the outdoor kitchen area and pool was clean, never crowded and always easy. The locked gate reduced worries about walk-throughs but the neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Would recommend to anyone looking for a weekend (or week) away in a liw-stress, easy and simple beach house. If it was our own, we'd have set it up exactly the same way

Great Place For A Relaxing Beach Stay

We stayed at Casa Del Mar Jan 30-Feb 3 and I am still dreaming/wishing I was still there, does that tell you how much we loved it šŸļø The unit was the closest one to the beach and the way it is sitting makes it very private. The inside is very spacious and comfortable. We did not turn on the air units so the sound of the ocean was amazing, would lull you to sleep at night. From the front door to the gate at the beach was only 24 steps. And we had a great experience renting from Luis. He is very easy to communicate with and will do everything he can to make your stay all it should be. There are many good restaurants in Aguada. We tried some that Luis suggested plus others & never was disappointed. Donā€™t think twice about going to Aguada or renting Casa Del Mar from Luis, you wonā€™t be disappointed!

This piece of paradise has been a dream come true for me for many years. I"ve always wanted a peaceful view of the ocean and enjoy a glass of wine at sunset. Here you have it all, swimming pool for adults and a small pool for children. This is a new construction with all new appliances ,furniture and fixtures.

I chose this property for the location. It's a private community and a very safe neighborhood. It is near the coastal with many latin restaurants that offer authentic dishes and drinks all through out the beach strip. Music in some of the restaurants or just eat out by the beach.
