Charming 4-bedroom house in Son Parc, perfect for an authentic experience. Features air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, and spacious bedrooms with unique character. Enjoy the private garden and swimming pool, ideal for summer evenings. Located just a few minutes` walk from the beach. Cot and high chair included; extra sets 5€/night. Towels and bed linen included. Kitchen and bathroom basics not provided.
We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.
Son Parc is one of the best tourist areas of the island. It has all the services and entertainments. Restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, shops, bicycle rental, chemist, public transport, etc.
It also has a magnificent golf course which also has a restaurant and tennis courts.
As for the beach, its length is more than 200 metres of fine sand, and its crystal clear and shallow waters make it ideal for families with small children.
Just 9 km from the coastal town of Fornells, where you can practice all kinds of water sports or rent boats as well as try its famous lobster stews.

No security deposit is required; however, you have the option to purchase coverage for potential property damage. If you choose not to, Airbnb mediation will apply in case of any damage.
All hosts of certified legal tourism rentals in the baleares have the duty to collect the tourism tax from the guests for the government (2,2€ per adult/night with reduced rate after 9th night) this tax is not included in the rental price. Guests are hereby informed that hosts are duly authorized to collect the tourist tax through means external to the platform used to make the reservation.
