An amazing spot with a sea view

Wonderful location, a beautiful beach nearby, and a lovely view from the terrace. The kitchen and bathroom/toilet are very good, but the rooms and beds are outdated renovation is needed.

We had a lovely stay in this lovely apartment

We loved the location and close proximity to all the restaurants and bars. Special mention to Pep for making us feel very welcome and looking after us so well and knowing he was there at all times throughout our stay was very comforting.

The apartment is couzy and has all the needs covered. ITs perfect for a couple. Located in this small town, that has everything arround it. We loved it.

Great location, the apartment could get hot in peak summer

Great location, the apartment could get hot in peak summer (top floor, no ac) and you'll need to take pretty much everything you'll need including hand soap, more than one toilet-roll etc. We enjoyed our stay and the proximity and view of the sea are lovely

This is a pretty basic apartment. The location of the property was good, very close to the seafront and in a well maintained apartment block. The apartment felt a bit neglected and when we arrived it was stuffy and needed airing. The aircon is only for the lounge area. There are wall fans in each bedroom but they only circulate warm stuffy air. The towels were pretty worn and very hard and were not replaced during our stay. The bed sheets and pillow cases weren’t changed either. The pillowcases on the bunk beds were bobbly. The bathroom sink wasn’t very clean and the water didn’t drain. The double bed is a mattress on a chipboard base so not that comfortable. I couldn’t recommend this property in its current condition.

Great location but property not invested in for visiting tourist

We regularly visit Port de Pollensa (2-3 times a year) and this property despite enjoying an excellent location was very disappointing to stay in.The apartment was not very clean, particularly the bathroom, with dust and hair visible on the floor and in the vanity unit drawers. Household items were very old and we were concerned of them breaking including basic items like the kettle, radio, iron, ironing board. Furniture was dated and sofas held up with wooden boards. Towels were stained and poor quality and insufficient for our needs. We had not appreciated the property only has one air conditioner in the living room and this made sleeping at night very uncomfortable. The aspect of the apartment meant that it witnessed the full force of the sun so without sufficient air conditioning or screening on the balcony, rendered it useless for relaxing at the apartment during the day. This property has a lot of potential as a holiday let but has most certainly not be invested properly from the outset with the visiting tourist in mind. It is a small apartment and made worse by the bulky unnecessary dated furniture throughout. Whilst we most certainly would be staying in this part of Port de Pollensa, we would not choose to stay in this apartment again, particularly given the price we had paid for it.

Die Wohnung hat eine sehr ruhige Lage und eine sehr gute Ausstattung.

Die Wände zur Nachbarwohnung sind recht hellhörig aber sonst war Alles perfekt und ich würde gerne wieder hier Ferien machen.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Die Lage ist super, 200 m bis zum Strand. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Abends kann man schön auf dem Balkon sitzen. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man benötigt. Ein toller Urlaub!

Super, tolle Lage alles zu Fuss erreichbar und sehr ruhig.Es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine welche nicht im Inserat erwähnt wurde was sehr positiv war. Fahrräder müssen allerdings ausserhalb der Wohnung abgestellt werden ohne extra Abstellraum. Das wäre das einzig negative was ich sagen kann wenn man einen Radurlaub macht da es keine sichere Abstellmöglichkeit gibt für Räder.

schöner Ausblick vom Balkon

+ ruhige Lage in direkter Nähe zum Meer + guter Grundriss und zweckmäßige Einrichtung + gutes WLAN - kein Lattenrost, Matraze liegt auf Holzbrett auf, man liegt sehr hart
