Welcome to Rosemary! We are thrilled to have the opportunity to share our island beach house with you and your family!

This beautiful, comfortable home is fully equipped and well maintained in a quiet residential area of the island. There are no homes on either side! You can walk to the beach access at the end of 11th Street (5 minute walk) or to a county owned bay shore at the end of the street! This state-owned section of Apalachicola Bay is great for watching sunsets, fishing or launching the kayaks provided by Rosemary!


Enjoy the large, furnished, whimsically decorated outdoor living area under the house! Take in the fresh air within the lush, private, gated and fenced yard while relaxing and grilling! There's even a room to park your golf cart for those evening cruises around the back streets of the island! There is plenty of parking for long vehicles as well.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything a cook could want, whether you are preparing a gourmet meal for a large family, or simply warming up left-overs.

The master bedroom, Pelican Point, offers a king sized bed with Consumer Choice top rated Doctor's Choice Denver Mattress with Euro top. You will feel like you are sleeping in a coastal cloud. There is a large adjoining bathroom with both a stand up shower and a large soaking tub. The second bedroom, Mermaids Reef, has two twin beds with memory foam mattresses, the third bedroom, Blue Lagoon, has a full size, medium firm, Purple mattress and the fourth bedroom, Starfish Cove, contains a firm queen Sealy mattress. Even Goldilocks has a great nights sleep at Rosemary. The fourth bedroom opens out onto a private deck with steps down to the outdoor living area!


There is plenty of outdoor living spaces for sitting, rocking, gliding and relaxing while enjoying the gentle island breeze. The private yard is fenced in so your furry beach buddies can explore. There is a kids club under the stairs and outdoor seating just their size.


Your island retreat includes free wi-fi, multiple Roku televisions, washer, dryer, and dishwasher. There is also a Keurig coffee maker, but be sure to bring your favorite pods! We are pet friendly, and limit to two medium sized dogs only. Pet fee is $100 per pet, limit 2 unless permission from homeowner is obtained.

*****Early check-in is NOT available in high season months (March, June and July). Mid season and Low seasons early check in is available if scheduling permits please be sure to ask a week before your arrival to make sure it can be arranged. The fee is $100 for a 2pm arrival no exceptions.

*****Late check-out is NOT available in the high season months as noted above. Please ask the property manager if it can be arranged no later than the middle of your stay. If there is a “back to back” guest reservation that day we cannot allow it. If arranged the fee is $100 until 2pm. No exceptions.

**CANCELLATIONS - We understand emergencies arise, but once your reservation is confirmed with a deposit, the dates have to re-book for the same dates and rate before we can refund any monies.


**Travel Insurance is not provided but recommended in the case of an emergency or inclement weather such as tropical storms requiring mandatory evacuations. No refunds can be given for evacuations. You must file through your provider.
