This newly renovated villa is perfect for a relaxing sunshine holiday, all year around!
Easy to reach, the house is only 25 minute drive from Alicante airport, and located in the small and genuine village of CovetaFuma, in El Campello.
Beaches, bars, restaurants, gym, mini supermarket and the train station are within a short 5-10 minute walk from the house.
This detached private villa is generously equipped for a relaxing and comfortable holiday with air conditioning, TV / DVD, free Wi-Fi, purified water system, outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower, and much more. The house has a fresh and welcoming atmosphere with a touch of Scandinavian Nautical design.
Several spacious outdoor terraces with panoramic views of the sea, city and mountains provide excellent opportunities for sunbathing, yoga, dining and lounging. Here you can also enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
The upper floor has an open and social layout with 3 different seating areas, kitchen, toilet and sliding doors to the terraces.
The fully equipped kitchen has all kinds of household appliances and utilities, including a fresh water tap which means that you do not have to buy water bottles during your stay.
Barbecue grill and paella cooking are available in the outdoor kitchen.
The pool has various variations of lighting and a floristic tile that gently lights up during the night.
The 4 double bedrooms with a total of 10 beds are located on the downstairs floor. The spacious master bedroom with sea view has a private bathroom with shower and toilet and exit to the terrace. On this floor there is one more bathroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet and an outdoor shower on the terrace.
In the basement you can play ping-pong, dart or work out in the small gym. Here you will find some beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, etc. for our guest to borrow, as well as laundry and tumble dryers.
Bed linen and towels are included in the rental. Baby crib and two children’s highchairs are available on request.
Arrivals and departures on Sunday or holiday days has a charge, ask the agent. Arrivals after 22.00 h has a charge ask the agent for the costs.
Electricity included 200 kws per week, overconsume if any could be charged at 0.25€/Kw.
