This direct oceanfront, executive styled Shorewood Villa was designed for those with discriminating tastes. With the highest of quality design, our villa maintains top of the line furnishings, comfortable bedding and a well stocked kitchen. The granite countertops in the kitchen and both baths are of the highest quality

This 2 bedroom/2 bath villa includes a private master with it's own private bathroom and walk in shower. The guest room includes a queen size bed and full size bed. The guest bath features a shower/tub combination. Living room includes a queen size sleeper.

Watch the sun rise and set from your private balcony, which can be accessed through the living room or master bedroom. You couldn't find a better seat!!!

This private, gated community features a brand new pool complex to include a zero entry pool, hot tub and restrooms. Relax by the pool or explore one of the top rated beaches in the world thru Shorewood's private gated access. Maximum (2) Car Passes. No grilling allowed on Shorewood Property.

Be sure to visit Coligny Plaza for your grocery shopping and pharmacy needs. While you are there, be sure to explore the specialty shops and restaurants. Also, located within a few blocks is Van Der Meer Tennis Center and workout facility.

Rent bicycles from Riding Tiger Bike Rentals. Ask me the details when you book. Explore the endless bike paths where you are sure to spot an alligator sunning on one of the many scenic lagoons located throughout Hilton Head.

Once you experience this one of a kind villa, you will be sure to make it your vacation destination for many years to come.

Linens are provided. Upon booking ask for sofa linens. Maximum (2) Car Passes. No grilling allowed on the Shorewood Property. We recommend you purchase trip insurance.

Great place and location. The view was super. Deer in the dunes every day. Easy walk to beach. We would definitely stay here again. Suggest finding a place for weekly beach chair and umbrella rentals or go to Walmart and buy them. Daily rentals are expensive. No beach towels so you may want to buy some. Also suggest renting bikes to ride on the beach at low tide. Restaurants and Coligny plaza shopping are within walking distance.

We picked this condo for the generous seating in the family room And the bedrooms were roomier than the pictures showed-enough room for a pack-n-play for our granddaughter! We loved this condo and look forward to returning on another visit. The location was perfect, the pool and beach access were wonderful.

Everything was great - location, amenities, and a nice beach balcony. Host was readily available and stayed in touch. Elevator and luggage carts came in handy. We'll be back!

This villa has an amazing ocean view! Super cute beach decor, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen & plenty of space for our family. The beach & pool are a very short walk from the villa & it’s only a 1/2 mile to the shops & restaurants at Coligny Plaza! We will definitely be booking another stay!!

Another great week on HHI

Weather was good but a bit windy. We hit the beach every day and were glad for the convenience from the condo. Many of our favorite restaurants are nearby, also a good perk for the location. The two bedroom two bath unit was clean and very comfortable for the four of us. We think we made a great decision to stay here.

Amazing beach getaway!

We loved this place! Our condo was clean, very comfortable and steps away from the beach and pool. Loved hearing the sounds of the ocean and watching dolphins from the balcony. Deb was very attentive and responded immediately to our questions. Bike rental suggestion was perfect. They delivered right to the condo and we pedaled everywhere.

Great Location, views, and pool

Location is just far enough off Coligny Circle to be very close to restaurants and stores but is far enough that people from the public beach access did not set up shop in front of the condo. We were always able to find a quiet place to set up on the beach. The pool at the complex was great for kids and adults alike. Condo was as described with a great beachfront view. The only downside was not being able to grill at the condo complex. Who wants to cook inside when you're at the beach? That being said, we would definitely consider returning if we were going back to the area.

Perfect location for our family of 5. Amazing views, good space, and so great to have a pool. Our family loved it and would absolutely rent this unit again. Perfect for walking to store, restaurants, etc. The unit was very clean when we checked in and the manger communicated beforehand. He even texted that the unit was available early, which has never happened with a rental before. A few things worth noting...they didn't have linens for the pull out even though we were clear that we were a party of 5. Linens were provided the next day after I reached out. Also, my biggest gripe is that they provide only one roll of toilet paper and paper towels, two dishwasher tablets, and no laundry soap for a weeklong stay. It's a strange way for them to save money. Plus, they wanted us to start the dishwasher and laundry upon leaving but there was no soap, which makes me think people are just running these without it. If it were up to me, I'd just raise the rental price by 5/night and provide a normal amount of these basic necessities. Otherwise, a perfect stay!

We have been coming to Hilton Head for over 30 years and this was our favorite condo we’ve ever stayed in! It was so incredibly clean and you can’t beat the view. It had everything we needed and more for our family of 5. We are looking forward to booking this condo again in the future.

Host didn't respond to individual emails and answer questions directly. Several guests were lumped together on email chain noting the security code for the front door. Also there was no Keurig coffee maker and one guest specifically asked but never got an answer. Also why do guests have to strip the beds, start a load of towels in the laundry and loan and start the dishwasher upon leaving. Isn't that what the cleaning staff is paid to do?

Outstanding week!

We had a wonderful week at this condo. This is our third condo rented at this resort and the best by far. Everything was just as described. It was very clean and provided a beautiful 4th floor ocean views. Appliances were very nice and the king bed in the master was very comfortable. Check-in was smooth with great information before our arrival. Our host, Deb, checked in during our visit to make sure all was well. A truly delightful week.

Perfect Family Getaway

This property is fantastic for families! Shorewood has a great pool that is heated and has zero entry. Plus a hot tub, easy access to the beach and is within walking distance to restaurant to, shopping, and the playground. 402 was very clean and had all the amenities needed in the kitchen. The decor is up to date and beachy. The no contact check-in process was easy and Deb was an touch throughout the week to make sure everything was going well with our stay. We highly recommend this property!

What a wonderful condo. The view is incredible - you can enjoy both the sunrise and the sunset each day. Nicely appointed with everything you need, and the location is fantastic near Coligny. Super easy check in and check out and great communication. Already booked for next year!

Outstanding Vacation at an awesome location.

We greatly enjoyed ourselves at this property. The view is amazing and the unit was very nice. Just one comment for improvement. The furniture on the balcony is very uncomfortable and difficult to use for older folks. Also short people have a hard time getting up on those high metal chairs. Thanks.
