This ground floor, 2 bedroom/2 bath Shorewood offers all the comforts to make your vacation one to remember. This retreat is located on the ground floor overlooking the new pool complex. The living room area is spacious and includes ample seating and comfortable furnishings. A flat screen tv is provided for your enjoyment. The dining area has seating for 6. Sliders from the living room and master bedroom lead to your patio, the pool, and the ocean.

The master suite has a king-size bed and flat screen TV. The private bath includes a walk-in shower. The guest room features 2 double beds with access to the 2nd bath, to include a tub/shower combination. Both baths feature vanities with granite countertops and above counter sink bowls.

For those guests that like to stay in and entertain, the kitchen is fully stocked. Our villa has a no smoking policy. Shorewood villa complex has a no pet policy.

Shorewood is centrally located in the hub of Hilton Head. The pool complex has a zero entry pool, that is seasonally heated. Included is a hot tub and kiddie pool.

Biking is a must during your visit. Hilton Head has 50 miles of walking/biking paths that are nestled into the lush, natural landscape of lagoons, live oaks and palm trees. When booking, please ask about the discount for bike rentals that we have arranged for our guests.

In the heart of Hilton Head, the villa is within walking distance of morning coffee, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment at Coligny Plaza. Relax on the beach, in the pool area, on your patio, or enjoy miles of beaches and bike trails.
