We are happy to welcome you into our 2 bedroom family home, located in the quiet neighbourhoods of Zandvoort. The house includes all the luxuries you can ask for during your stay.
It is tastefully furnished, comfortable, and very spacious. Two bedrooms are pretty unique in Zandvoort for Holiday Rentals.

You have a fully equipped modern kitchen, where you can prepare breakfast, lunch or an extensive dinner. Moreover, you do not have to do the dishes afterwards because there is a dishwasher. In addition, the kitchen has a 4 burner induction cooktop, microwave-oven combination, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, electric water kettle, and other convenient devices.

Relax or watch TV together in the living room with comfortable couches. Then, wake up in the morning, after a nice hot shower, with a cup of coffee on your private roof patio.
We've received good feedback about our comfortable beds.

Beach, shopping centre, restaurants, bars, supermarket and train station are all walking distance. Amsterdam centre and Amsterdam airport (Schiphol) are 30 - 40 minutes away by car or train. Amsterdam is busier and more expensive to stay at. So this house is ideally located for visiting Amsterdam while staying near the beach and enjoying the calm nature area.

The house is perfect for families of up to 4 persons:

- bedroom two: 1 double bed

All rooms are located on the first floor above a shop. The shop is closed from 18:00, so very quiet in the evening and at night.

## Neighborhood

Your holiday home is situated in one of Zandvoort's most popular neighbourhoods. The town centre and beach are within cycling distance, but you are just far enough to escape the noises and traffic.

Zandvoort has something to offer for almost everyone. From lots of beach clubs and restaurants in summer, you can have great food and drinks to more quietness to enjoy nature in the winter. Generally, all you need is close by and mostly within walking distance. So what are you looking for in your trip?

Two National Parks embed the village; De Waterleidingduinen and Kennemerduinen. So besides strolling the beach, those are two great areas to walk or cycle. There's so much more you can do! For instance, mountain-biking around the race-track, learning how to wave- or kitesurf, and you can even get your PADI. Did you know that Zandvoort also has a nude beach as well?

We also have a great race track called "Circuit Park Zandvoort" (1.2 km), Owned by a member of the Dutch Royal family. They organize many activities and festivities there, like DTM and Historic Grand Prix. So maybe you want to get your race license?

Last but not least, from Zandvoort you can quickly get to Amsterdam by public transport, which allows you to combine an exciting city trip with a relaxing getaway next to the beach.

## Transit

Zandvoort aan Zee has its train station, which you can get in just 27 minutes from Amsterdam Central and 45 minutes from Schiphol Airport. The train station is a 10-minute walk from the accommodation and a bus stop at 5. There is a direct line to Haarlem as well. So, public transport will get you around very well depending on your plans. We will share a handy website to plan your route.

Haarlem is within cycling distance from Zandvoort, and Amsterdam can be reached by train within 25 minutes. This train also stops in Haarlem and goes at regular intervals from early morning until late night.
