There are many things I could say about this guest, but I'm just going to stick to the basic facts and to the overall experience. In order: yes, the pool was sandy the first day because of a rainstorm the previous day which carried sand. The guest is right,yet the problem was solved in 5 hours. Second, the second room being in a separate unit is accurately reported in the description: the house is divided in one main house with three bedrooms (6 guests total) and one separate queensize in a detached unit, which is still in within the perimeter of the same villa. the way this is being described it makes it look like they had to drive to another unit when in reality the second unit is located downstairs from the main house. Third and final remark: for the wole duration of their stay there was a person on the premisis which solved their initial problem and was there at their complete disposal. the pool problem occured on the first day, for the remaining two weeks there wasn't a single complaint, but the last day I got a call from customer service requesting a 25% refund. this is the first negative review we get over a four year period of immaculate service record, unfortunately the same cannot be said of our guests' ratings.
