The living spaces in this property include a kitchen housing an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and a living/dining room with sofa bed. The bedrooms include a double, a twin, and a single with en-suite shower, serviced by a bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed courtyard, along with off-road parking for one car. Within 0.2 miles there is a shop and pub. Please note, this property will not accept pets or smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. 7 Watts Yard provides a wonderful base for a family of six during a visit to Kent. Please note: There is not an EV charger at the property, however there are EV chargers in the Cattlemarket carpark located just outside of Watts Yard.

The mediaeval Cinque Port of Sandwich, with its historic structures, natural preserves, golf courses, and pleasant country pubs, cafés, and restaurants, is a must-see destination for tourists. Sandwich is also surrounded by charming little towns like Eastry, Ash, Worth, and Woodnesborough, and the surrounding cities of Canterbury and the Port of Dover are easily accessible. Because Sandwich is home to the Royal Saint George's Golf Club, once dubbed the "most magnificent seaside golf course in the world," golfers are particularly drawn to the area.
