This home has everything you are looking for! Super comfortable and quiet location, but close access to all of the major highways. There are tons of events happening within a short distance, including Boots in the Park, Tunnel to Towers 5k, Pat Benatar concert, all kinds of concerts, football games, and conventions all within less than a 15 minute drive. You will feel right at home. Comfy king size bed in the master bedroom with full bath/shower and double vanity, walk-in closet, make-up vanity and tons of room for getting ready. Large wall mounted smart TV. Two additional bedrooms with comfortable queen size beds, large closets and full bathroom. Updated and fully stocked kitchen with granite counter-tops open to the dining area, with sliding glass doors that lead out to the patio. Enjoy your coffee or meals, poolside. Enjoy delicious pink grapefruits every morning if you choose, fresh off the tree in backyard.

Very spacious living room with tons of seating, 50 inch color smart TV with cable. WiFi and desk if you have some work to do, while enjoying the beautiful weather! Home is located close to everything Highways near by, fabulous walking and bike path right beyond the back yard. Near ASU, Mesa, Cubs training camp, Top Golf, Casino, tons of shopping, medical centers and surrounded by a large variety of restaurants and golf! Will have a fabulous stay and will not want to leave!

We didn’t use the pool only because we were very busy and it was a little cool out. Dawn offered to heat it, but our time was limited. Next time we will definitely make use of it! Beautiful outdoor area and pool looked amazing and clean!

Great, comfortable stay in central location!

We were in Phoenix for the first time to attend a family wedding. Loved how close the property was to everyplace we wanted to visit.Dawn's home was comfortable and a nice respite from all the wedding festivities. We were able to cook some meals too in her well stocked kitchen.Our family of three relaxed in her spacious home, appreciated having large bedrooms and our own bathrooms, and enjoyed the pool.Thanks, Dawn, for having us, for promptly answering our questions, and for been a clear communicator from booking through check out.D

Peaceful Oasis in the Heart of Mesa!

We had an amazing stay at this property in Mesa, Arizona! Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, it was the perfect home base for our family of four. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed—from a fully stocked, functional kitchen to clean, cozy bedrooms and bathrooms. The outdoor pool was a huge hit with our kids, complete with seating and floats for relaxing in the sun.It’s conveniently located close to surrounding neighborhoods and the city, making it easy to explore or just enjoy a quiet night in. The host was incredibly responsive and available via text whenever we had a question. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a peaceful, well-equipped home away from home!

March 2025 Family Baseball Vacation

My family stayed here during our trip to Phoenix for our son’s baseball tournament. The home was exactly as advertised. Our family spent many hours enjoying the backyard and pool. The location was great, it was just a short drive from everywhere we wanted to go. Dawn was available whenever we had any questions. We would definitely book here again!

Months vacation

Nice house in good location Even tho new furnace the master br & bath cold even with closing vents in other parts of house Sheets need replacing as they tend to come off bed however the quality still good Enjoyed the grapefruit & taste wonderful spent a month there but was glad to get back to the comfortable recliner

Great stay!

We came down to attend a graduation at ASU and just explore the area. We had two kids and three adults in our party and the house had plenty of space. It was tooo cold to enjoy the pool but the yard was nice and there was a grapefruit tree in the back yard that had the best grapefruit! Communication with the owners was so simple and she was super responsive. The location was close to everything which made getting around super easy.

Spring Vacay

This is the second time I've stayed at Dawn's property, and I highly recommend it if you're looking for a spacious, comfortable, relaxing home in a safe, quiet neighborhood with close access to Scottsdale, downtown Tempe, ASU, numerous restaurants, and hiking trails. My mom and I welcomed family and friends to hang out and swim in the gorgeous pool, grilled out, and visited often on the patio. Dawn is excellent at communicating and answering all questions promptly, and we intend to return because she makes it feel like a home away from home.

Quiet neighborhood, lovely pool! Easy access around area. Like having my family stay together at 1 location. Sheets in one room were very stained, tub was dirty, things not wiped down, said to clean frig at checkout but food all in frig when arrived. Disappointed in cleanliness. Owner was responsive.

Fabulous time!

Property was exactly as described. Dawn was wonderful to communicate with and we had everything we needed during our stay. The pool was warm and wonderful and the kids had a blast swimming! The beds were comfortable and the location was great. Awesome park right down the street and close to shopping and restaurants!

Great location for baseball!!

Property was perfect for our stay! Traveled for a baseball tournament all over the area as well as MLB Spring Training games. House was even better than expected and had everything we could possibly want or need. The set up was perfect, and we loved the pool. It was 15-20 minutes to most fields and stadiums and it was the perfect base for our adventures. Close to Scottsdale, Phoenix, Chandler, Gilbert, et., all which have great sights to see, restaurants and activities. Proximity to the grocery store was also appreciated. Again, just a great house, pool, and comfortable home-away-from-home set up and an incredibly kind and communicative host. Would definitely stay here again and certainly recommend to anyone traveling to the area.

Home and location were great for our February getaway!

This home was a great place to getaway from cold and snow for the month of February! The house had everything we needed to cook, grill, do laundry, eat outside by the beautiful pool or inside. Beds and other furniture were very comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed. The house was in a great location with grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping near by. Sloan Field is less than 3 miles away which was great for watching spring training practices and games. There were many hiking trails and golf courses within 30 miles. Communication with home manager was excellent! We highly recommend this house!

ASU Graduation

This was our family's second time staying at this property. Dawn, as always, was a wonderful Host and the house was perfect. It was a "hot one" this year and the pool did not fail. We spent 90% of our time on the patio and in the pool. If we are back in Tempe we will stay with Dawn. Thanks so much!!

We love to vacation in Arizona and have tons of family located near Tempe. Our daughter just graduated from ASU! We are both originally from Illinois, just outside of Chicago.

We fell in love with the layout of the house and of course the fabulous pool. This home was a short distance to ASU and yet in a very quiet, but great central location.

Ranch home with very large rooms and master bedroom and dining room have direct access to the large pool. Fabulous grapefruit tree in the back yard. Wonderful covered patio with ceiling fan and dining table with gas grill. Right behind the home is a bike and walking path, for a quick morning ride or walk.
