Private home / heated pool & Spa; Enjoy our 4 bedrooms, 2 baths in this remodeled single level home located in Ahwatukee, near the base of South Mountain which is an area of over 16,000 acres of natural desert vegetation and hiking trails. Our home is just 15 mins from Sky Harbor and about 20 mins from Mesa Gateway and includes a private heated pool and spa as well as use of our 2-car garage.
You find easy access to many golf courses, including the Wild Horse Pass resort and with the new freeway connecting the East Valley (where we are) to the West Valley, it’s a quick 30mile drive to watch your favorite team play the AZ Cardinals. Easy access to I-10, 202 and 101 make destinations like Downtown Phoenix (Suns and Diamondbacks) and Scottsdale (Waste Management Open) very easy to get too. Ask about our monthly summer special rates

The house had everything we needed and more. It was very clean and had plenty of towels, blankets and dishes. Easy to find and a good location close to the 202 Highway. Would definitely rent this one again!

Perfect house perfect location

The house is just as described and has everything you need. It’s located in a quiet, safe neighborhood and is within 20-30 minutes from everything in Phoenix and Scottsdale. 20 minutes from the airport. 2 hours from Sedona for a great day trip. The pool was awesome and 89 degrees in January! Home owners have great communication. Great house, definitely recommend!

Great house, pool and location.

We had a great extended family stay. House design worked great for us with two family areas. The pool was perfect for our grandkids to swim. The adults were able to lounge around the pool and enjoy a swim too. The location was great for us. Close to shopping and spring training. We were less than 20 minutes from the LA Angels park. Our grandson had a great time at the games. Owner Candice was great, communication was easy. We would stay here again.

Chandler AZ winter escape

My wife and I along with our two adult children thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home is very clean, spacious and comfortable. The outdoor space with a heated pool was a frequent gathering spot for our winter break. The neighborhood is very quiet and during our stay we were greeted frequently by neighbors as we walked our dogs. Candice is a superb host and quickly answered any inquiries. We would highly recommend.

Comfortable Home with plenty to do

This VRBO was the perfect place for our family and my older parents to stay for our daughter's college graduation. Candice was very easy to communicate with and responsive if we had questions. The pool table was enjoyed by all as was the heated pool outside. Plenty of lounge chairs outside made relaxing in the sun a daily occurrence. Plenty of beach and bath towels and kitchen utensils. This was a perfect getaway and located close to friends and relatives. Thanks for a wonderful VRBO!

The property was just as expected by the pictures Candace was incredible she couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful I definitely will return I stayed four wonderful nights. Within a mile or so you’ve got Sheekeys chicken wings Fry’s supermarket Safeway supermarket just everything you could imagine if you wanna stretch to 2 miles you go to target and array of other stores it’s just perfect thank you very much for a very pleasant stay

Beautiful home

The home was perfect for our group of 7 women. The owner was very flexible and allowed us early check in and to stay after check out times since our flights were late in the day. House was well stocked and had everything we needed. All the rooms were nicely decorated and I didn’t hear one complaint from the group about any of the beds being uncomfortable. The king bed was great and I probably slept better there then in my own bed. Would stay here again.

Wonderful family rental

My family of four enjoyed this beautiful property! The owners were 150% responsive to any issues and sent someone over immediately when we had trouble with the pool heater. The property is in a quiet location and newly renovated with an upgraded kitchen and furnishings. We were even treated with fresh fruit, candy and muffins when we arrived. Thank you for everything! We will stay again!

Perfect place

This was one of the best VRBO’s that we have stayed in. The listing pictures are exactly what you get when you get to the home. The bedrooms are spacious. The house was super clean. We were able to use the pool even in February! The owners were super responsive to questions and very kind about things. I would definitely rent this place again and or from these same owners. Great location to many places and the neighborhood was well kept. I loved this VRBO!!
