GETTING AROUND

You can walk to many points of interest, but there are also several nearby metro stations and bus stops.

Metro:Antón Martín on Line 1 is just a few minutes’ walk away. You can also walk to Atocha Station on Line 1, which is nearby and connects with various bus lines.
How to get to the apartment:

From the airport: You can reach the apartment by taxi with a fixed fare of €33, or take the metro: take Line 8 to Nuevos Ministerios, transfer to Line 10 and get off at Tribunal. From there, change to Line 1 and alight at Antón Martín. From Antón Martín, it’s about a 5-minute walk to C. de Sta. Isabel, 35.
From Atocha Station: Take Line 1 at Atocha Station and get off at Antón Martín. From there, it’s about a 5-minute walk to the apartment.
From Chamartín Station: Take Line 10 from Chamartín to Tribunal, then transfer to Line 1 and get off at Antón Martín. From Antón Martín, it’s about a 5-minute walk to C. de Sta. Isabel, 35.
You can also drive and park in one of the nearby car parks. Please check the Madrid City Council website for information on possible environmental restrictions and permitted parking areas.

-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.

-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.

-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.



-Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.
