Alegria is a spacious villa for up to 9 guests, set on an exceptional 1,300 m² private dune plot at the end of a quiet cul de sac, bordering the woods and dunes of Roosdunen. Wake up to birdsong, hear the sea in the distance and enjoy complete privacy surrounded by nature.

The beach and the charming village of Ballum are just a 10 minute walk through the dunes. The heated outdoor swimming pool is only 5 minutes away and guests enjoy free admission. Thanks to its central location, Alegria is also the perfect base for exploring the rest of Ameland.

The villa is ideal for families, groups of friends and multi generational holidays. With a ground floor bedroom and bathroom, three bathrooms in total, a children's playroom, a fully enclosed garden and an infrared sauna, everyone has plenty of space to relax.

Layout
The welcoming hallway leads into a cosy living room with comfortable sofas, underfloor heating and a gas fireplace. Large windows overlook the natural garden and provide direct access to the sunny terrace.

The open plan kitchen and large dining table form the heart of the home, creating the perfect place to cook, dine and spend quality time together. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and all modern conveniences. French doors open onto the spacious south facing terrace with a large dining table, sun loungers and an electric barbecue.

A practical utility room with its own entrance provides plenty of space for beach equipment, walking boots, wet jackets and dogs. It also includes an outdoor tap, sink and a washer dryer.

Bedrooms
Alegria offers four comfortable bedrooms and a separate playroom with an additional sleeping space.

Ground floor

* En suite bathroom with walk in shower, toilet and washbasin.
* The entire ground floor is step free for added convenience.

First floor
* Three spacious bedrooms with comfortable box spring beds (90 x 210 cm), which can be arranged as twin or double beds.

* One bedroom includes a cosy built in bed as the ninth sleeping place.
* Two bedrooms have enough space for a cot.
* All bedrooms offer ample wardrobe space and ceiling fans.

Playroom
Children have their own playroom with a television, toys, games, a sofa and an extra bed, making it a perfect place to play or relax.

Wellness
After a day at the beach or exploring the island, unwind in the private infrared sauna.

The villa has three bathrooms:

Deposit
For most holiday homes, a security deposit applies, which is charged separately. This is stated on the confirmation from Eiland Verhuur. The deposit is paid together with the remaining balance and will be refunded within 14 days, provided no damage has been found after departure.
