Layout house
Pura Vida has a very nice layout where everything has been thought of. A spacious entrance with cloakroom, toilet, door to the utility room (also accessible from the outside), stairs to the top and large glass revolving door to the living room.

The spacious living room, with underfloor heating, has a comfortable sitting area, Smart TV and gas fireplace.

Subsequently, the fully equipped StudioLine kitchen is equipped with a Quooker, induction hob, large fridge with separate freezer compartment, dishwasher, combi oven and large extra oven.

In the kitchen there are 2 sliding doors on one side, so that the kitchen connects directly to the terrace when both doors are open. There is also one sliding door on the other side that opens directly to the dining table. Outside you can enjoy yourself with a (partly) covered terrace, outdoor kitchen, large dining table and luxurious lounge set.

Bedrooms (4)
On the ground floor is a 2-person bedroom with a desk, TV, shower and sink. Good to know is that everything on the ground floor is on the ground floor without thresholds.

Upstairs are 3 bedrooms. The 3 bedrooms all have 2 box-spring beds (2 of which have a 2-person topper) and a television. In addition to the 2 beds, one room also has an open box bed as a 9th sleeping place.

Wellness and Bathrooms
Upstairs there are 2 bathrooms, one with sink, toilet and shower (sun shower) and a larger bathroom with bath, spacious walk-in shower, double sink, toilet and a 3-person infrared sauna. In the bedroom on the ground floor there is also a shower and sink in the bedroom.

Outside
You will not miss anything around the house. It is surrounded by a large dune area. On the sheltered terrace is a large dining table with parasol, sun loungers, lounge set and outdoor kitchen.

The house is very child-friendly. Outside is a children's playground. Inside, the stairs can be closed with a stair gate and all upstairs bedrooms can possibly accommodate a cot (up to 3 years). The extra box bed in one of the bedrooms is also very suitable for kids (the size is 140cm, so more than enough for 2 young children).

There is a private parking space for 2 cars and a charging station for electric cars (for a fee).

Deposit
For most holiday homes, a security deposit applies, which is charged separately. This is stated on the confirmation from Eiland Verhuur. The deposit is paid together with the remaining balance and will be refunded within 14 days, provided no damage has been found after departure.
