LAYOUT
Studio 18 is a compact studio (approximately 30 m2) where you lack nothing! A nice room with dining table, flat screen television, music speaker, small kitchenette with 2-burner hob, fridge (with freezer compartment), Nespresso machine and kettle.

Subsequently, the open bedroom is equipped with a wonderful Swiss Sense double bed (200x180cm) which is electrically adjustable.

The bathroom has a simple shower, sink and toilet.
 
P.s.1: there is no garden / terrace where you can sit outside. There is a small bistro set in the hall that you can put outside for a short break in the sun (as long as you put it back, you can use it ;-))
P.s.2: You can park in a public parking lot 500m from the studio.

Deposit
For most holiday homes, a security deposit applies, which is charged separately. This is stated on the confirmation from Eiland Verhuur. The deposit is paid together with the remaining balance and will be refunded within 14 days, provided no damage has been found after departure.
