Welcome to Cottage 7! One of the nice little houses on the Frisian Antilles on the edge of the cozy village of Hollum on the island of Ameland. The holiday home is suitable for up to 2 people and is practically furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay on Ameland.

LAYOUT
House 7 has a living and dining room on the ground floor with sliding doors to the terrace. There is a fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso.
The bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet is also located on the ground floor.

Upstairs is one bedroom with a double bed with two single mattresses and two duvets. The couch in the living room can be used as a sofa bed if you want to sleep separately (please indicate this when booking).

The house has free WiFi.
There is a shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Parking is possible in a free public parking lot 100 meters from the Frisian Antilles.

OUTSIDE
The terrace is sheltered and completely fenced. It overlooks the courtyard with barbecue.

The Friese Antillen is a courtyard with 8 semi-detached holiday homes and is situated in a quiet but central location, just a few minutes walk from restaurants, cafés and shops. It is approximately 800 metres to the beach. Hollum offers many cultural attractions and is the ideal starting point for cycling and walking routes.

Deposit
For most holiday homes, a security deposit applies, which is charged separately. This is stated on the confirmation from Eiland Verhuur. The deposit is paid together with the remaining balance and will be refunded within 14 days, provided no damage has been found after departure.
