It is in an excellent location with 260 meters of floor area, and a large garden. It is an oasis of peace and tranquility but also close to amenities, such as restaurants, pharmacy, supermarkets, shops... a lake (Lake Guadacorte) where you can relax and enjoy the scenery surrounded by ducks and swans that live permanently here or have a picnic, the children, in particular, will have fun feeding the ducks. It is 5 minutes from the beach of Palmones, 30 minutes from Tarifa, 20 minutes from Alcaidesa, 14 minutes from Algeciras, 16 minutes from Sotogrande, 1.5 hours from Ronda, 30 minutes from Gibraltar (a British territory located on a small peninsula at the southern end of the Iberian Peninsula) here, for adventurers, you can take the path (Mediterranean Steps) that climbs to the top of the rock with impressive views, you can also access it by car (taxi) or the popular cable cars. Gibraltar is the only place in Europe with a population of wild monkeys.

The property is entered via pedestrian and vehicle gates and has covered parking for two cars and space for others on the paved front garden. The house is entered through an impressive antique front door into a hallway from which you access the ground floor rooms and the stairs.
It has an enormous open plan living room with a dining table and eight chairs (there is another large table with a further eight chairs outside under one of the canopies if you prefer), a TV viewing area (modern 55inch smart TV) with two leather sofas and matching chair. Another area with a further sofa and comfortable chair is ideal for listening to the music system.
The kitchen has everything you need for a family, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker etc. It also includes a table and four chairs together with access to the utility room with washing machine and dryer.

The bedrooms are spacious, all with a double bed and a single bed in each, one of the rooms is located on the ground floor and is suitable for people with disabilities.
The well-equipped bathrooms have hair dryers, shampoo, and bath gel.

The house has a large porch to the rear with further tables and chairs overlooking the pool. There is a large garden, with plants and palm trees, complete with a hammock which is a lovely place to relax and read a good book. At the bottom of the garden there is another covered area with tables and chairs and sun loungers.
The recently refurbished pool is 32 square meters, with floats available for guests and is lit for night time swimming.
There is also a large terrace on the first floor.
It is a perfect property for a large group, having ample space to be together but also separate areas for privacy when you prefer.
