Villa Theano is a luxury 4 bedroom villa which is situated on the outskirts of the sophisticated resort of Agios Nikolaos. This impressive villa stands in its own grounds boasting wonderful views to the front of the town, sea and Bay of Mirabello.Once inside you cannot help but be impressed with the spacious living accommodation and the ground floor is all open plan, which gives a light airy feel to the villa. Theano has a private swimming pool with a mosaic design in it and a BBQ area under a pergola , which you can enjoy your relaxing evenings. Once inside you cannot help but be impressed with the spacious living accommodation and the ground floor is all open plan, which gives a light airy feel to the villa. The very well fitted kitchen boasts an American style fridge/freezer with ice making machine, microwave, dishwasher and built in espresso/cappuccino coffee machine. The dining area is next to the kitchen and has seating for eight while the lounge, with its feature fireplace, has comfy sofas and chairs and is centred around the home cinema system which includes CD, DVD, Playstation 2 and satellite TV.

A curved wooded staircase leads up to the first floor where you will find the air conditioned master double bedroom with en suite shower room, which has hydro massage steam shower. Patio doors lead onto a large terrace, which makes the most of those amazing views and this is also a peaceful place for that private sunbathing. There are two further air conditioned pretty bedrooms, a twin and a double, that share a most elegant bathroom with Jacuzzi bath. The fourth air conditioned bedroom is reached via a small staircase from the first floor to a turret type room with en suite shower room and fabulous views across Mirabello Bay.

All bedrooms have their own SAT TV, DVD and a hairdryer is provided in all bathrooms. Finally bathrobes are provided, one per person, for the duration of your holiday.

Outside there is a formal patio fronting the lounge area this leads down a few steps to the terraces, lawns and pool. The pool with its mosaic design is one of the major attractions of this lovely villa. It is 9.5 meters long and has steps in either corner, no shallow end (2.2m deep). It features a Jacuzzi and reverse swim jet.

At the bottom of the lawned garden there is a brick built barbeque with a wood burning oven. It is set beneath a large wooden pergola and features a grand solid teak table and chairs, an ideal venue for outside dining and watching the sun go down over the Bay of Mirabello.
