The apartment, located on the second floor of a building served by an elevator, opens onto the spacious living room that features two comfortable double sofa beds, a TV, a dining table, and an open kitchen furnished with an oven, kettle, microwave, and American coffee maker. The living room leads to the private apartment terrace with magnificent views of the garden, swimming pool, and the soccer and rugby field of Desenzano del Garda.
The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed, single bed and terrace.
A bathroom with shower and washing machine completes the layout.
Guests will enjoy amenities such as air conditioning in all rooms, independent heating for colder days, and free wi-fi.

Guests will benefit from an outdoor parking slot and a garage inside the property.

Desenzano del Garda is a lovely town overlooking the southern shore of the lake in the province of Brescia.
In Desenzano it is possible to visit the ancient roman ruins of Villa Romana, the castle from the X century, walk along the romantic old harbor and stop for an aperitif, or go to the beach: the lake shores offer four beaches where to relax and enjoy the sun and the landscape. Desenzano is the perfect destination for sport lovers that will be able to wind surf, mountain bike and sail.
In addition, this town is a great starting point to explore the southern part of Garda that offers stunning places, starting from the nearby Sirmonione, the most prestigious city of the lake, proceeding then to Salò, with the new promenade, Maderno and Gardone Riviera.

The apartment is located around 1 km from the Desenzano railway station and about 36 km from Verona airport.
