Residing in such a coveted location is a true privilege, a celebration of good taste and sophistication in the most dazzling of Madeiran cities.



The accommodation features very generous areas, both indoors and in the outdoor area. Very well lit and decorated, this accommodation consists of three bedrooms, one of them en suite with a double bed and private bathroom, another with a double bed and the third bedroom with two separate single beds. The second bathroom, also with a bathtub, is available for all guests of the accommodation.



The living room and dining area were designed as an open space, very well decorated and full of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped so that you have a peaceful and comfortable stay.



This is the perfect accommodation for a family or group of friends of up to 6 adults who want to feel like true locals.



Despite being very close to the coastal area, the residential complex offers access to a swimming pool on the ground floor of the building, so you can spend fun days in the sun, with friends or with family, without having to leave home!



In the same building, and accessible by lift, you will have direct access to the building's car park. Here you will find your private parking spaces to use if you choose to rent a car. This will always be the best option when you want to explore the other corners of the island of Madeira.



Due to its very central location, in just a few minutes you can be in the romantic Monte area, in the picturesque village of Câmara de Lobos and even at the incomparable viewpoint of Cabo Girão, which is the highest cliff in Europe and the second highest in the World.



With the car, in just 20 minutes you can visit Ponta do Sol, which as the name suggests, is the ideal place to enjoy a beautiful sunset after a day walking on our incomparable trails.



Via the expressway, the northern area of the island is easily accessible to those who don't want to miss a visit to the famous natural pools of Porto Moniz, the beautiful Seixal beach or even the typical Santana Houses.



The Green Valley Apartment is the perfect starting point for you to get to know Madeira from end to end!



We also inform you that, although the accommodation is situated at a comfortable distance, there may be some occasional noise during the day due to ongoing works in the surrounding area.



Guests are responsible for the proper use of the accommodation and its respective equipment. Damage, loss or misuse identified during or after the stay may be subject to the application of a damage fee, intended to cover repair, replacement or extraordinary cleaning costs.
