Renovated on 11/2022, comfortable, quiet and fully equipped 3rd floor apartment (with elevator), with 3 bedrooms-living room-kitchen-bathroom. Ideal for couples, groups, families and teleworking. It can comfortably accommodate 8 people. Fully functional with many amenities. It is in a quiet and safe neighborhood, 5 Filippou str and Ionos Dragoumi str, near the Ancient Roman Agora and Eleftherios Venizelos Square. 10 minutes walk from Ano Poli, Agios Dimitrios, Aristotelous, Port, Ladadika.
Densely populated neighborhood that has everything in shops. Although quiet, it has many restaurants and entertainment shops (Bit Pazar, shops on Syggrou, Valaoritou, Filippou streets) and so it is lively (and safe) until very late at night. Squares and parks within walking distance. Nearby (100 meters) is also the Egnatia street, through which the majority of urban transport passes.
The apartment is renovated and has:
Three bedrooms, the two with King size bed (160X200) and the third with two single beds (90X200). In each bedroom there is a wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror, work desk and ergonomic chair. Bed linen, towels and hotel type slippers are provided. All mattresses, bed linen and towels was bought after the renovation.
Living room with dining table (for up to 10 people), two three-seater sofas (turn into single beds 110 X190 and 100X180), 55 inch 4K smart TV, blue ray dvd, dvd movies, books and board games.
Fully functional kitchen with fridge-freezer, electric ceramic hobs and electric cooker, upper counter dishwasher, microwave, small appliances, crockery - glasses - cutlery, pots, pressure cooker, baking pans, ladles, etc. All electrical appliances were purchased after the renovation. Consumables such as oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, coffees (Greek, Filter and Nescafe), various tea, various spices, paper rolls, and cleaners are provided. In the kitchen is also located the washing machine. Dishwasher detergent and detergent and softener for the washing machine are provided.
Bathroom with very large shower, shampoo - conditioner, shower gel (male and female), antiseptic hand soap, hair dryer, paper rolls, and cleaners.
There is also a balcony with table and chairs and beautiful view of the neighborhood.
For heating and hot water there is an autonomous gas boiler.
The whole apartment is covered with three air conditioners for coolness in summer.
All balcony doors and windows have mosquito nets.
The apartment building has an elevator for three people with dimensions of 80 cm. x 80 cm. and door opening of 65 cm.
There is a very strong Wi-Fi signal in all areas of the apartment (50mbps). However, there are also two access points with Ethernet (cables provided) at the router and at the Wi-Fi repeater.
In the apartment there are tourist maps and guides, cards from restaurants and entertainment shops, basic instructions for the apartment ("House Manual") and user manuals of all devices.
There are no gas appliances or gas network inside the apartment. There is a gas boiler mounted externally at the balcony. However, there is a carbon monoxide detector in the bedroom “3”, the closest room to the boiler.
There is a smoke detector in the kitchen, as well as a fire extinguisher beside the heater.
There is a home pharmacy kit in the kitchen, on the refrigerator.
Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment, facilities and amenities. During their stay they will not be disturbed by anyone.
The house is in the center of the city, so we move around on foot. For longer distances, the main artery of public transport, the Egnatia street, is very close to the apartment.
There is free parking on the street just below the house. In the surrounding streets there is also free parking (and with payment). However, due to the densely populated neighborhood, in case there is no street free parking, there are 3 large paid parking areas with cost about 15 euro per day, all within 150 meters from the house. I remind you that the house is at 5 Filippou Street, beside the hostel "STAY". In the photos, the last one is a map with the parking areas around the house): parking karavan sarai, parking thermaikos/24h, parking kosmos.
I will welcome you upon your arrival. Whenever you need me, i'll be available, either through our mobile phones, our personal emails, or through Vrbo's communication platform.
I live about 30 minutes away from the apartment and if the need arises of course I will come to the apartment.
It is emphasized that for tax reasons visitors from Greece must declare their VAT number and foreign visitors must declare their full name and ID or passport number. It is also emphasized that as a private host i am not legalized to issue Invoices and Receipts for the provided services, but only simple receipt of rent (with the reservation document from Tax authorities).

I am from Thessaloniki, i am waiting for my pension and i decided to be a host in early 2022. I renovated my family home and i had my fiirst guests in November 2022. Ever since i realized that it makes me really happy, when my quests, at the end of their stay, say to me that they had really great time both in my apartment and in Thessaloniki. So me and my wife Kiki, put a lot of effort, with a lot of love, care and attention, to make the apartment comfortable, functional, clean and pleasant, so that the quests feel at home and enjoy their stay.

The apartment was my parent's home, the house i grew up in. It is in the center of the city and everything is in walking distance. Yet, it is in a quiet neighborhood, although it is close to some of the best bars and restaurants of the town.

Almost too perfect, in fact, that we slept soundly until 1pm one day there. It was so quiet and comfortable, yet centrally located and near some of the best bars and restaurants that we’ve visited. The owner was attentive and communicated with us regularly during our stay, plus he left some thoughtful snacks and offered great suggestions on what to see and do during our stay. Highly recommend!" "The location is excellent - both near Thessaloniki's heart and in the same time - far from the noise and traffic. The apartment is fully equipped with everything needed for your comfortable stay. The host is really nice, always available and ready to help. I totally recommend the place!"
