Coastal House Near Sandviken Beach

Fantastically nice house located a short walk from the white sandy beach in Sandviken. Also within walking distance of the summer open restaurant & bar. With several large social areas both inside and outside to socialize, your vacation will be memorable for family and friends in this beautifully decorated house. Through the entrance of the house there is a hall with entrance to the well-equipped kitchen for self-catering and also a patio door directly out to the back of the house with outdoor furniture. In the living room, the large sofa is the perfect place to relax in front of the fireplace and TV. There is also a dining area for everyone to gather around for shared moments. Two bedrooms with a double bed in each room and one bedroom with a wider single bed. The bathroom with shower and washing machine in addition to sink and toilet. A few steps down in the living room there is more furniture for relaxation and seating in front of the TV with Swedish channels. It is also possible to use your own program selection on this smart TV. Here in Listerlandet along the coast there are many, very nice swimming spots to visit. There are also plenty of nice cycle paths. A 760-meter-long pedestrian and cycle bridge makes it possible to get to the small town idyll of Sölvesborg for shopping and restaurant visits for those who wish.
