Fully Remodeled in 2024! Who wants to go on vacation or spend a weekend out of town and be squished into a hotel room??? I don't! My husband and I appreciate the luxuries in life and want our renters to enjoy their time away.
We are located in the beautiful town of West Suffield with easy access to everywhere. Whether you are here for a quiet weekend away, an event at Suffield Academy, a wedding, fall foliage touring, Six Flags or many of the other things this area has to offer, this is the place for you.
This location is part of our home, but our privacy is important, as is yours! You have your own private, locked off, alarmed entrance as you enter into 2000 sq. ft of privacy. You will likely never see us. Your entrance is in the back of the property ours is in the front. We have 3 acres of land. You have a full size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, coffee pot and full sink. Enjoy a private bathroom with tub/shower combo and full size washer/dryer. You have a patio to enjoy your morning coffee as well as access to our screened in patio off of your living room with pool table. Plenty of natural light in this space. Feel free to walk our land and enjoy the close proximity of the local park and with walking trails and pond. Canoe available for use if you have ability to transport.
You will want to come back year after year.
* please note there is no AC in the basement, but it stays very cool, typically on even the hottest day does not reach over 76 degrees inside during the day. Heater in the winter months.
Winter can get tricky on the driveway with plow times and shoveling
We typically do not rent more than 3-4 weeks long. No long term rentals.
