The house features a pool area with a high vaulted ceiling and a lovely 20 m² indoor swimming pool complete with a fun slide that the kids will love. The pool area is also equipped with a 4-person spa bath and a sauna – ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach or by the pool. There are two large activity rooms: one with darts, billiards, a bar, and a mini-fridge; the other featuring a lounge area, table tennis, foosball, and air hockey – guaranteeing hours of fun and shared laughter. The living room includes a Bluetooth sound system and a TV box with Danish, German, and Nordic channels, offering a cozy setting to enjoy the evenings by the glow of the wood-burning stove. The holiday home has 9 bedrooms, 2 lofts with a total of 4 beds, and four bathrooms, all with underfloor heating. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to easily prepare meals for the whole family, and the living area offers plenty of space for socializing. Amenities include 2 stoves, 2 extractor hoods, a microwave, an electric kettle, 2 coffee makers, 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators, and 1 upright freezer. An iron is also provided in the house. The spacious 3,100 m² plot offers plenty of room for ball games and play, while the 200 m² of terrace space (including 24 m² of covered area) provides ample opportunity for sunbathing, barbecues, and cozy evenings outdoors. Two barbecues are available for guests to use. Young holidaymakers have also been considered – the house has two cots and two high chairs, and outside you will find swings, a sandbox, a trampoline, a football goal, and a play frame. Youth groups are not allowed in the house.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.
