Holiday home with hot tub and 7 bedrooms by Marielyst's lovely beachThis cozy vacation home is located just behind the dike to the beach in Marielyst. It has bright rooms and plenty of space to gather the whole family or friends for a vacation or weekend getaway. The cottage's inviting location by the water is ideal for many great walks, swims, or other outdoor activities. However, fun and coziness are also guaranteed inside the cottage's warm atmosphere. The cottage has two different activity areas, ensuring that all guests have plenty to do throughout their vacation, even if the weather is not conducive to outdoor activities. There is a pool area with an 18 m2 swimming pool, a sauna, and a hot tub. The pool has a water slide and a counter-current system, making it a huge hit among the cottage's guests. In addition, you will find a large activity and games room. Here you can compete in billiards/table tennis, table football, and darts. In the sofa area by the TV, there is a PlayStation 4 where you can play games (remember to bring your games) or watch a good movie. Furthermore, you can enjoy a cozy chat in the room's bar, where drinks can be cooled in the bar's own refrigerator. From the entrance hall, you enter the kitchen-dining room, which is the center of the cottage. Here, there are high ceilings and plenty of space around the dining table, so everyone can gather. The kitchen itself is also well-equipped with a double oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and extra hotplates. In the room, you will also find a sofa group close to the cottage's wood-burning stove, which can spread a cozy warmth on cool days. The sleeping accommodations are distributed across 7 bedrooms, and there are also 4 mattresses in a loft. In total, the house has 3 bathrooms. The partially covered terrace offers ample opportunity to enjoy the Danish sun. There is garden furniture and a barbecue, so you can have a barbecue evening. In addition, there is an in-ground trampoline and an outdoor shower in the garden, where you can enjoy a cool rinse on warmer days or after a trip to the beach. The area also has a large communal nature playground and a bouncy castle that can be used by guests in the area. There is an electrical outlet at the house for charging electric cars. The vacation home is located in a car-free area, which means that parking is not available at the individual houses, but in a communal parking lot in the area. However, it is possible to unload luggage at a turning area by the house. Payment for consumption and deposit must be made at the office. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
