Beachfront-Directly on the Sand - Sunset Beach, Treasure Island, Florida


Relaxed elegance directly on exclusive sandy Sunset Beach! 3 bedrooms with 1 king bed in the master bedroom and queen beds in each of the other two bedrooms, plus queen sleepers in the beachfront loft, dressing area of the master suite and in the living room, accommodate 8+ guests beautifully. Mattresses and box springs were replaced recently. Two of the bedrooms are separated by a loft. A description of the floor plan will be provided upon request.

The unit has two new AC units for comfort throughout the house.

Enjoy the pool table room or cook up a romantic gourmet meal in the large and lovely kitchen featuring granite counters and stainless appliances. Walk or (short) drive to restaurants, parks and entertainment, but make sure you are back for the spectacular sunsets! The townhome is furnished with all of the conveniences of home, including a garage with a washer and dryer. It is one of only two townhomes in the building.

It is dog friendly, and children are welcome but need to be monitored. There is a pet fee of $100 and I'll need to know the number, size and breed of the dog(s) and approve them. RESERVATIONS ARE NOT FINAL UNTIL A SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT IS RECEIVED AND COUNTERSIGNED BY OWNER.

NOTE: There are three floors of living space above the garage and lots of stairs, so this rental may not be suitable for the elderly or mobility challenged. Also, the condo association limits reservation to not more than 8 (excluding infants) even though the house sleeps 10 or more. Please do not inquire or book if you have more than 8 in your party.

This is a two-unit townhouse. The back porch is separated from the neighboring porch by a wall.

Beautiful house right in the beach

This property is amazing ..nothing better than walking out the door right onto the beach !..the sleeping areas with the lofts are not very private but we made it work ..other than that the home is wonderful and stocked with just about anything you need . Phil, the owner, was very helpful. We will definitely be back

Spring break

We have stayed at this building in the past however on the other side of the rental which was wonderful and wanted to enjoy the location of this property again. We were so sad to see all the damage that had been done by the recent hurricane but had a wonderful stay in this rental just as we did when staying next door. Anyway hung that needed fixed after the storm was either taken care of before our stay or during our stay in a timely manor. The location right on the beach and close to other things to see and do is amazing and the house is nice and roomy for families to enjoy their stay together!!! Would definitely come back again!

Amazing view and location

The place was as advertised with plenty of beach towels and chairs and an umbrella. Our family of 6 slept comfortably with my husband and I having the private bedroom and bathroom. It was a shock to see how much destruction the area received. All the trees were lost to the hurricane but it really improved the overall view from the deck in our opinion. The houses all around were needing repairs and a house a few down from ours was completely destroyed and still waiting to be removed. At times when the wind was blowing you could smell the decay. The view from the pool table room was amazing and we enjoyed watching the sunset or playing pool and seeing the water views. We were able to walk to two restaurants and Publix was a really close drive to pick up groceries. We would definitely stay there again if we were to return to Treasure Island! Phil was very responsive with the overall booking process and communication with me when I had questions.

The property was very nice. There is still lots of damage to surrounding houses etc. from the hurricanes, but ours was in good shape.Location is outstanding and the owner, Phil, was available if we needed anything. Will definitely book again!

Perfect location and beautiful view

This home is directly on the beach. Location is close to all you need. Night life and great food. House is fully stocked with all you need. Lots of towels, dishes and appliances. Homeowner responded to all concerns very quickly. Yet we didn’t feel invasion of privacy. Other places we have felt uncomfortable by being on constant surveillance. This property was private yet secure and comfortable. We also loved that sleeping quarters were all separated providing privacy as well We had an amazing stay and would definitely return!!

Amazing Beach House

True Gem!!

This is the second summer that we have stayed at this house on Sunset Beach. As many others have attested, the location of this place is incredible. Our family of 6 really enjoyed spending time together here, whether it was on the back porch overlooking the gulf, in the gulf, in the pool, or simply walking the beach. This place has everything we needed to have a relaxing and enjoyable family vacation! It really is a true gem of natural beauty!

Awesome stay!

This is the third time we've stayed at this property. There simply isn't a better place at this price. Some say the inside can use some updating, but I think it adds to the charm of the property. Also, you're going to (or should!) be spending most of your time at the beach, which is literally steps away. Can't wait to stay here again!

Wonderful

Beautiful home right on the ocean; exactly as described. Was in a great area and my family and I enjoyed everyday of the 2 weeks we were there. Would not hesitate to stay there should we return to Treasure Island.

Family Spring Break

We always go to CA for the beaches (since we live in NV) but lately we have tried out beaches on the east coast, and this one certainly did not disappoint. The house is in a perfect location and literally just steps to the beach, we can't say enough good things, we will DEFINTELY be back!

Rustic, charming, water’s edge beach house

This home is exactly what we were hoping for when we booked our vacation. Phil was a responsive host and answered questions promptly. We were greeted with flowers and a bottle of wine. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. There were plenty of linens and beach towels. The pool was clean and beautiful. We had quiet neighbors. But the highlight is the proximity to the water’s edge, the seashells, and the sunsets. The photos accurately depict the inside and outside of the house. The stairs might be a problem for some guests. The loft bedroom could present a privacy issue for multiple couples. All things considered, this was our idea of a perfect beach vacation and we hope to stay here again.

House was as described with lots of stars; could sleep 8 though 4 of the beds were in lofts with little privacy. In spite of Cockroach in shower and dead rat on back porch, had a nice time with great access to beach.

Beautiful place

We had a great time. I would rate the house a 5 star, but the pool was dirty. The pool guy came but did not take out the needles, so we cleaned them out. The owner was very helpful. The bedrooms had an open concept that lacked privacy, but we liked talking to each other so easily.

Perfect location!

We couldn’t have asked for a better location on the beach. The house was great for our family getaway. It’s unique layout wasn’t an issue for us with young kids. The pool needs some updates, but other than that, we had a great experience!

Gorgeous Beach Location

My husband and I, our adult daughters, and our two pets spent a week at this beach house. The townhome was clean, spacious and well stocked with bath and beach towels. The pool table was a great bonus! But the best amenity is the beautiful beachfront location!

My partner and I built this as a two unit townhouse condo several years ago and it has continued to be a two unit condo ever since. You will be renting unit one. Very few beach front rentals in our area are directly on the water or are as large as mine. Most have a long walk to the water or require a trip down an elevator. When you're toting beach chairs, a cooler, an umbrella, etc., that's important. It also brings you much closer to the shelling, wading, swimming and the dolphins that frequently swim by and makes you feel more "into" the beach atmosphere. It's a totally different experience than staying across the street or blocks from the water, which is the case with most of the other accommodations in our area. It literally takes less than about 30 seconds to walk from the back porch down to the water!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

There is nothing like staying right on a sandy beach. Watching the dolphins swim by in the morning while enjoying breakfast on the back porch was one of my favorites. And the sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico are breathtaking! The photos of the beach say it all.

Also, because we are located in a residential area, there is very little public parking and limited beach access, so the beach doesn't get too crowded. Yet, if you want to be around the crowds, you can walk up the beach to Caddy's on the Beach or a little further to where the hotels are located.
