This direct-beachfront condo sits on the 5th of 6 floors—close enough to hear the waves and close to everything you’ll want to do. Inside is a spotlessly clean, beautifully styled space with a fully stocked kitchen (cookware, appliances, spices), an Nespresso espresso machine with cups, and an in-unit washer/dryer for sandy swimsuits. The living area opens to glass doors and sweeping water views—keep an eye out for dolphins at sunrise.
Head downstairs for easy beach access (about 25 steps and you’re in the sand), or unwind at the two pools and two hot tubs after a day on the shore. We’ve stocked a beach closet with chairs, toys, and essentials so you can pack light.
Check in at the front desk, then enjoy fast Wi-Fi, cable TVs, plush linens, and ice-cold A/C. The neighborhood is walkable for dining, ice cream, dolphin cruises, and live-music patios. Whether it’s a romantic escape or a friends’ getaway, this is your front-row seat to the Gulf.

30+ Day Stays – Required Recurring Cleaning (Scope, Cost & Exclusions)

For reservations of 30+ nights, recurring cleanings are required to maintain the home.
Frequency:
Weekly (every 7 days)

Cost:
$175 per cleaning visit, charged at cost (our cleaner’s rate; no markup).
Additional pet fees may apply per House Rules.
(Service animals are exempt from pet fees.)
Resort Fee of $40 a day plus tax needs to be paid at Check In directly at the property

Included cleaning scope:
Scrubbing bathrooms (toilets, showers, tubs, sinks, mirrors)
Vacuuming rugs and floors
Mopping hard floors
Changing bed sheets
Starting one load of used sheets

Not included:
Personal laundry
Dishes or dishwashing
Tidying personal belongings
Trash removal beyond normal kitchen/bath receptacles

Access:
Guest agrees to allow cleaner entry with 24+ hours notice. Refusal of required cleaning may result in additional charges or cancellation for violation of House Rules.
