The apartment is located in the 'Gardesana Active Apartments' run by the Monaci family since 1977. It is located in the centre of Malcesine with private parking only 100 metres away. The property is strategically located: in just a few steps you are already in the old town centre, the harbour, the beaches, the long cycle path that runs along the lake for 30km and the Funivia-Monte Baldo cable car. Carolina and Pietro Monaci have wished to reflect their passion for outdoor sport in each flat and to offer their guests various types of flats, from small to large. The price also includes bike rental (also for children), bike and E-bike storage (indoors or outdoors with key), wifi and air conditioning, heating, a fully equipped kitchen, bed linen and towels. Animals are welcome.

Elegant, comfortable, spacious: the strong point of this apartment are the two balconies and the quiet position behind it with a view of the hills and Monte Baldo: from here you can enjoy the sun until the early afternoon, admiring the surrounding nature. Upon entering the apartment, the living room / kitchen will welcome you: equipped for your stay, it has a microwave oven and a large table with satellite TV. The sofa can be transformed into a single bed, to best accommodate a family of up to 5 people. Through the French door you access the balcony (7sqm.) Equipped with chairs and a table to enjoy a good Italian meal. The large and elegant bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet, hairdryer. The price includes 2 towels per person (face and shower): if you stay longer than 8 days, the towels will be changed. The bedroom has a double bed (or two beds) and a bunk bed (or single): large and comfortable, it is equipped with a safe and duvet sheets. In the background an image of the sailboat: Lake Garda is one of the best places in the world where this discipline is practiced worldwide. If you stay longer than 14 days, the apartment will be cleaned with a change of sheets and towels. Through the French door you can access the balcony (7sqm.) With a view of the olive trees and of the Madonna dell 'Accoglienza, a recommended destination for admiring a suggestive view of the lake and Malcesine.
