We really enjoyed our stay, everything we could want available in the apartment, great local guides for someone new to Dublin and excellent location. As someone who lived in Dublin, they did an excellent job helping someone new to the area navigating local sites and ammentites. We had a Nissan Qashqai which took some maneuvers to get in, but was securely parked inside gates with no issues. I expected stairs for the location, but would not have booked had I known it was a spiral staircase as one of the people traveling with us has extreme fear of heights that made him not come to the middle level often; one bedroom/bath on ground level, kitchen livingroom middle, second bedroom/bath on top level. Our other unique issue was the host let us know the day we were checking innthe upstairs toilet not working, plumber wasn't able to fix, hopefully fixed next day which wasn't fixed until our 5th day, leaving only the ground floor toilet available. We also had no hot water until the third night, after we found the boiler had been turned off, which was unfortunate as we had a wedding we were in town for and all four of us had ice cold showers and went without showers for a couple days until realizing the boiler had been shut off. The host was very responsive as we thought it was an issue with the booster and even came buy while we were out to ensure the timers were all set once we realized the boiler had been turned off.
