This charming waterfront apartment is located in La Marsa corniche, the capital's best-known district. The apartment can accommodate 2 travelers and has all the necessary amenities. You can enjoy the view from every room in the apartment. When you open the windows, you'll be directly transported by the gentle breeze, and the sound of the waves will give you a feeling of serenity throughout your stay.

The apartment has a separate entrance and is composed of:
- A living room with a large, ultra-comfortable U-shaped sofa and a single armchair. A TV with French, English and Arabic channels. Wifi is available throughout the apartment. The living room has a large bay window with a breathtaking sea view.
- a table with 6 chairs to enjoy meals with family or friends
- a kitchen opening onto the living room. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment: hob, extractor fan, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, washing machine etc...
- A shower room

The bedroom is composed of

- a double bed with sea view
- A very large dressing room
- a spacious bathroom with shower and massage jets.

Travelers will have access to the entire accommodation. They will have direct access to the beach via the stairs outside the apartment.

La Marsa corniche is the best neighborhood in the northern suburbs of Tunis. It is located directly on the corniche of La Marsa, which is a central district. You'll find absolutely everything nearby: restaurants, shopping malls, cafés, ice cream parlors, fast-food outlets, and the Saf Saf with its famous fricassés.

Travelers can get around on foot. Just head up the street to the center of Marsa Plage, where you'll find a cab and train station. Travelers can do it all on foot. They can even walk to Sidi Bou Said.
