This cottage is part of the farmhouse at West Luccombe, which is a National Trust 300 acre farm on the Holnicote Estate. Sleeps up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. The entrance hall leads into the kitchen with dining table, there is a separate large sitting room with wood-burner. Farm Cottage sleeps 6 having three good sized bedrooms upstairs, two double (king-sized beds) and one twin room, which all enjoy lovely views across the fields. There is a family bathroom with shower over the bath, plus separate toilet downstairs.

Farm Cottage has its own separate driveway, plenty of parking for three cars or more and a private garden. It is situated on a working farm so great for the kids to be involved if they wish, just ask Jane the owner. This is a great family destination - you really will feel like you have 'got away from it all'!

Dogs
Well behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement (maximum of 2 large dogs or 3 small/medium size dogs may be considered upon request). A supplementary fee of £25 per dog will be added to your invoice. Dogs are permitted in this property on the condition that they are not allowed on the furniture or upstairs and you do not leave them alone in the property at any time. You are expected to be vigilant and keep your dog under control at all times as there is likely to be livestock in the immediate vicinity.
No puppies under 6 months old and no bitches in season, please.

Smoking
Farm Cottage is strictly non-smoking.

Arrival and departure
The property will be ready from 4 pm on the day of your arrival. Please depart by 10 am on the last day of your stay. Please leave the property clean and tidy so that we can guarantee it will be ready on time for our next guests.

Changeover days
Farm Cottage is available for week breaks during peak periods. Short breaks of three or four nights (from Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday) are available at other times.
