The furnishings are well contextualized with the historicity of the villa. most of the ceilings have well-maintained frescoes.
There are also a private swimming pool 14 by 5 meter, depth 1,60 everywhere. It's a salt water pool. The swimming pool is furnished with large gazebo and 9 comfortable sunbeds. Barbecue area in the shade of a lime tree are available to cook.
This property is also an excellent choice if you have to organize an elegant event (other services available upon request: cook, transfers, maid service, etc.).

The Villa entrance consists of a large living room with a solid wood table. Two doors, one to the east and one to the west, give this room a truly suggestive light.
In the ground floor, at right of the entrance, there is a beautiful dinning room with a table for 14. then we find a separate well equipped kitchen (gas with 5 burners, toaster, oven, microwave, juicer, refrigerator with icemaker, nepresso) with fireplace and additional table for 8.
At left of the entrance there are a cozy living room with a piano (usable by experienced people) and a living room with two couches and a fireplace.
On the same floor we found a bathroom with shower usable by all Guests and the First Suite with double bed (chance to have two separate beds) and en-suite bathroom with shower.
On the mezzanine floor there is a toilet.
An imposing and prestigious marble staircase leads to the first floor where we found an large living room with sofas for 9 and 2 armchairs. This living room is finely furnished with fine furniture.
In the same floor there are: bedroom with two beds with an suite completed bathroom with shower and tub. From its window a wide panorama of the Amelia historic center.
A suite, colled the yellow one, with anteroom with sofa for two, bathroom with tub and shower, bedroom with double bed.
Another suite, the red one, with anteroom with a living room ideal for relaxing in complete privacy, bathroom with shower, bedroom with double bed.
The last Suite, the coral, with anteroom with a desk ideal for those who have to work during their stay and a sofa for 2, bathroom with tub and shower, bedroom with double bed. Wide and suggestive view of the garden and the countryside.
On the second floor there is a bedroom with 2 single beds and e-suite bathroom with tub and shower.
Outside there are a table for 6 and two benchs where you can relax or have a drink. A ping pong table is also available. Manor, garden and swimming pool are for private/exclusive use of the tenant.
The property lies 5 km from the medieval Town of Amelia, 90 km from Rome.
In the town of Amelia there are several supermarkets (COOP, Super Conti, Eurospin… also open Sunday), butchers, bakers, fruit & vegetables and bars. Almost all kind of shops are available in Amelia, open market on Tuesday morning outside the old town and Saturday morning in the old town next to the S.Francesco church. The nearest restaurant is at more or less one km from the property, where it is possible to try natural dishes (Rapastella). Others recommended restaurants: La Gabelletta (outside Amelia on the road in direction of Foce), Il ristoro del Falco (restaurant/pizzeria), Montenero (restaurant/pizzeria). For a happy hour/cocktail we suggest No way in the historical center of the town, Il Chicco d’oro on the square with view on the city wall and Sister Act. During the summer you will also find a sort of chiringuito for a cocktail or street food (Il Chiosco dell’Oca). About other activities available near and around Amelia: clay tennis courts, horse riding, mountain bikes routes. If you want to visit Rome, the railway station of Orte is at a 20-minute drive, there is a train to Rome every 30-40 minutes, and in 45-60 minutes you are in the center of the city. If you want to go by car, the drive to Rome's ringroad is of 45 minutes, we recommend to leave the car in the car park of Villa Borghese.
