Tastefully decorated, this lovely 60m2 apartment is close to various attractions, stores, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without a lift.

The living room features a convertible sofa bed where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The room has oversized windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting. Also, guests can access the private balcony to enjoy the stunning views!

This space also has a kitchen fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry.

The bedroom has a queen bed and complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

Lastly, the bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

This is a fantastic location to explore the city. Within proximity, you will find attractions such as Quinta Pedagógica dos Olivais, Fonte Luminosa, and the Museum of Lisbon / Pimenta Palace. If you're looking for a bite to eat, there are excellent restaurants and bars nearby, including Dom Feijão, O Prego da Peixaria - Alvalade, and Yokohama. With its great location, you'll easily access all Lisboa offers.

Conveniently situated just a 9-minute walk from Alvalade station and only 1.3 km from Roma station, you'll have easy access to the city's excellent public transportation system. From here, you can hop on a train or tram and effortlessly navigate through the city, making visiting all the must-see attractions a breeze.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
