Spacious private villa of over 300 m², on 3 floors, with 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 small bathrooms with WC and washbasin, garden with panoramic terrace and small private wellness area, which can accommodate up to a maximum of 10 persons.

The style of this villa stands out for its uniqueness in the area as it presents a successful combination of a preserved original style of a 1950s manor house and a modern re-styling following the partial renovation in 2023. The elegance of yesteryear and the comfort of the present day are the main features of the Vastlé house, giving your holiday in the Dolomites of Val Gardena that exclusive touch and a unique and original atmosphere.The property consists of no less than three floors, including a basement, a ground floor and a top floor.The ground floor consists of a regal foyer with an exposed staircase leading to the upper floor, a spacious living room with TV and a panoramic view, a separate kitchen with direct access to the garden, a stube that serves as a dining room with a view, a laundry room with washing machine and a dryer and a small bathroom with WC and washbasin.The first floor, on the other hand, accommodates a total of 5 bedrooms(of which 3 are double rooms and 2 are twin room with connectable beds), 3 complete bathrooms (all with windows), 2 of which are equipped with both bathtub and shower, and one with shower only.

All 3 bathrooms have a bidet. In addition, there is another small bathroom on the floor, equipped only with a toilet and washbasin. The master bedroom is particularly large and is the only one with an entire walk-in wardrobe and private bathroom. On this floor there is also a small south-facing balcony accessible from one of the bedrooms.

Finally, the basement features a small private wellness area, equipped with sauna (for 4 persons), shower, whirlpool and relaxation loungers.The separate kitchen is equipped for your holiday and features, a hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, direct access to the garden, and much moreA wonderful south-facing private garden surrounds the house and together with the large terrace, will allow you to relax in the sun, enjoying a breathtaking view of the Val Gardena Dolomites! The small private wellness area is ideal for relaxing after a day of sport in the Dolomites. You can regenerate in the Finnish sauna and relax your mind and body in the small whirlpool. There is also a shower and relaxation loungers.The house has 3 floors in total, the ground floor is elevated and only accessible via two flights of stairs. There is no internal access from the garage, only from outside. You can reach the outdoor area of the villa using an external elevator from the garage.

Wi-Fi, linen and towels are provided free of charge.

According to recent provincial law this apartment can accommodate a maximum of:

- Adults (from 14 years): 10

- The remaining beds can only be occupied by children up to 13.99 years of age at the time of departure

Please note that this law is subject to strict controls by the competent authority and violation of it results in substantial fines. For this reason, no exceptions will be possible under any circumstances.

The Villa Vastlè is a house that can be rented as a whole, partially renovated in 2023 and equipped with a small private spa, located in a highly panoramic and sunny position, about ten minutes' walk from the centre of Ortisei in Val Gardena.

It boasts a panoramic and sunny location, yet is not too far from the centre, which is approx. 650 m away and can be reached in approx. 10 minutes on foot, or in a few minutes using the free seasonal buses, which stop approx. 200 m from the house. You will find all the necessary services, such as supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants and car rentals right in the centre of Ortisei.

In winter the big advantage is the free ski bus, which stops approx. 200 m from the house and takes you to the Dolomiti Superski lifts. It runs during the opening period of the lifts.

In summer, the first hiking trails start right behind the house, and are particularly advantageous for returning from walks on the Rasciesa. The free summer bus stops approx. 200 m from the house, allowing you to reach the centre of Ortisei in a few minutes, should you wish to avoid a walk.

The house has a private garden where your children can play freely and have fun on the swing.

There is also a public playground approx. 650 m from the house.

The luxury of having an entire villa to yourself will allow you to fully enjoy your holiday and relaxation. Contributing to this is the small private wellness area with sauna, whirlpool, shower and relaxation loungers.

The large garden with its panoramic south-facing terrace will allow you to fully experience the Dolomites. You can enjoy wonderful evenings in the warmer months.

Villa Vastlè has all the comforts you need for your holiday in the Dolomites, such as 2-4 parking spaces in the garage (depending on car size), one outdoor condominial parking, ski storage, washing machine, free Wi-Fi, linen and towels.

This majestic villa, more unique than rare in Val Gardena, is your chance to fully enjoy the Dolomites!

Some houses have remote check-in at the house with code access, we ask you to contact us about this at least 48 hours in advance to check if the house you have booked is among them.

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.
Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in
Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)
Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.
In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).
It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.
Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.
The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.
The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.
If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.
The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.

Before the check-in starts you will have to obligatory proceed with the online payment of the deposit, nothing will be deducted from your credit card, pre-authorized, or blocked.
